Abstract

The function of a hospital in general is a center for health care services, while a radiodiagnostic installation is a provider of radiology support services. The Radiodiagnostic Installation is facilitated by several medical equipment which are used as supporting tools for patient examinations, one of which is Comptder Tomogrqfj equipment; Scanning (CT Scan), in 2006 (264 effective working days) the contribution to the use of CT-Scan equipment facilities was 709 actions or only 4.0% of the total service of 17,553 actions that used several types of equipment facilities. Meanwhile, the special revenue contribution from the use of CT equipment is 29.9% (Rp. 129,934,909) of the total gross income of Radiodiagnostic Installations (Rp. 434,564,914) or only 3% of the company's total revenue target. Researchers aim to determine the contribution of each technological component (Technoware, Humanware, Jnjorware and Orgaware) in radiodiagnostic installations and measure the level of sophistication of the technology used so far, as well as measuring the Technology Contribution Coefficient. The information obtained will then be used as a basis for determining hospital management policy strategies. Using the technometric approach and Analytical Hierarchy Process, the results of the measurements show the magnitude of the contribution of the technology components, where Technoware is 0.280 with a contribution intensity of 0.447, the Hwnanware component contribution is 0.368 with a contribution intensity of 0.188, the contribution of the Inforware component is 0.188 with a contribution intensity of 0.138, the contribution of the Orgaware component is 0.165 with contribution intensity 0.269. The final results of the research show that there is an almost even gap between the four technology components, but the biggest gap is in the Orgaware technology component (0.165). This indicates that the technology development strategy needs to prioritize the Orgaware technology component as the first priority when viewed from the size of the gap. However, if seen from the level of importance or intensity, the first priority for technology development is aimed at Technoware technology components (0.447)
