Abstract

PT PG Rajawali I merupakan perusahaan dalam bidang industri berbasis tebu yang memiliki produk SHS Gula. Pemenuhan proses bisnis dan layanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan perlu dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Salah satunya adalah layanan persediaan material Maintenance, Repair, Operation (MRO) yang mencakup spare parts dan consumable items. Ketersediaan material MRO merupakan hal yang sangat penting agar tidak menghambat kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Selain itu, tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam pengelolaan persediaan material MRO menghindari penumpukan stok berlebihan di gudang. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penentuan kebijakan persediaan seperti jumlah minimum dan maksimum material serta pengelompokan material MRO berdasarkan nilai penggunaan uang dan tingkat kekritisan material dengan metode klasifikasi Always Better Control (ABC) dan Vital, Essential, Desirable (VED). Selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi Monte Carlo untuk menentukan performansi metode probabilistik Continuous Review System dan Periodic Review System sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan pengendalian persediaan dengan parameter berupa kuantitas pemesanan, reorder point, batas maksimum persediaan, serta perioe review. Performansi pada kebijakan pengendalian persediaan ditinjau dari total biaya persediaan dan ketercapaian service level. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan oleh material 594.00.0081 kondisi Periodic Review (R,S) total biaya persediaan mengalami penurunan dari kondisi eksisting sebesar Rp13.316.642 atau 24% dan melampaui target service level yang diberikan yaitu 99%. Analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi usulan pada pengklasifikasian material MRO dan penentuan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan material MRO di Gudang Material PG Rejo Agung Baru.

PT PG Rajawali I is a company in the sugarcane-based industry that has Superior Holdt Sugar products. The fulfilment of business processes and services provided by the company needs to be carried out effectively and efficiently. One of them is the Maintenance, Repair, Operation (MRO) material inventory service which includes spare parts and consumable items. The availability of MRO materials is very important so as not to hinder the company's operational activities. In addition, the challenges that must be faced in managing MRO material inventory avoid excessive stock accumulation in the warehouse. In overcoming these problems, inventory policies such as minimum and maximum quantities of materials and MRO material grouping are carried out based on the value of money used and the level of material criticality using the Always Better Control (ABC) and Vital, Essential, Desirable (VED) classification methods. Furthermore, Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to determine the performance of the probabilistic methods of the Continuous Review System and the Periodic Review System as recommendations for improving inventory control with parameters in the form of order quantity, reorder points, maximum inventory limits, and periodic reviews. The performance of the inventory control policy is reviewed from the total cost of inventory and the achievement of service levels. Based on the results obtained by material 594.00.0081 Periodic Review (R,S) conditions, the total cost of inventory decreased from the existing condition of Rp13,316,642 or 24% and exceeded the target service level provided by 99%. This analysis is expected to provide recommendations on the classification of MRO materials and the determination of MRO material inventory control policies at the PG Rejo Agung Baru material warehouse.
