Abstract

CV Bali Jaya Utama is a micro B2B Product-Service System (PSS) company in the printing industry that focuses on selling products and offers additional services in consultancy and advice to tourism institutions. The company aims to regrow its business to be more robust in facing market competition but currently lacks strategy or measurement systems to track performance. This study addresses the critical need for strategic management and performance measurement systems to navigate market challenges and seize growth opportunities. The project adopts a comprehensive approach combining internal servitization capabilities and the four external business environment dimensions for PSS companies. It employs the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to create a business strategy and utilizes the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to develop a multi-dimensional performance measurement system aligning with the proposed strategy. The integration of QSPM and BSC translates broad strategic objectives into actionable performance metrics, ensuring a balanced evaluation encompassing financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth perspectives. The company is positioned in the Grow and Build category, with Market Penetration strategy recommended by QSPM due to the highest TAS score. This strategy implementation is measured by a BSC-based performance measurement system, identifying 7 strategic objectives (SOs) and 19 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the four perspectives. This system is cascaded into departmental levels, tailoring specific SOs and KPIs to the Marketing, Finance, Administration; Production; and Delivery departments.

CV Bali Jaya Utama adalah perusahaan mikro B2B Product-Service System (PSS) di industri percetakan yang berfokus pada penjualan produk dan menawarkan layanan tambahan berupa konsultasi dan saran kepada institusi pariwisata. Perusahaan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kembali bisnisnya agar lebih kuat dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar, namun saat ini belum memiliki strategi atau sistem pengukuran untuk melacak kinerja. Studi ini mengatasi kebutuhan kritis akan sistem manajemen strategis dan pengukuran kinerja untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar dan meraih peluang pertumbuhan. Tugas Akhir ini mengadopsi pendekatan komprehensif yang menggabungkan kapabilitas servitisasi internal dan empat dimensi lingkungan bisnis eksternal untuk perusahaan PSS. Selain itu, juga digunakan framework Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk menciptakan strategi bisnis dan memanfaatkan kerangka Balanced Scorecard (BSC) untuk mengembangkan sistem pengukuran kinerja multidimensional yang selaras dengan strategi yang diusulkan. Integrasi QSPM dan BSC menerjemahkan tujuan strategis yang luas menjadi metrik kinerja yang dapat ditindaklanjuti, memastikan evaluasi yang seimbang meliputi perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan. Perusahaan berada dalam kategori Grow and Build, dengan strategi Penetrasi Pasar yang direkomendasikan oleh QSPM karena skor TAS tertinggi. Implementasi strategi ini diukur oleh sistem pengukuran kinerja berbasis BSC, yang mengidentifikasi 7 tujuan strategis (SOs) dan 19 Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPIs) di empat perspektif. Sistem ini diterapkan ke tingkat departemen, menyesuaikan SOs dan KPIs spesifik ke departemen Pemasaran, Keuangan, Administrasi; Produksi; dan Pengiriman.
