Abstract

Dinas Sumber Daya Air dan Bina Marga (DSDABM) merupakan unsur pelaksana urusan pemerintahan di bidang Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang sub urusan Sumber Daya Air, Air Minum, Air Limbah, Drainase dan Jalan. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan DSDABM Surabaya terbagi menjadi tiga subkoordinator, antara lain Pengelolaan Air Limbah Domestik, Pengelolaan sarana dan Prasarana Drainase dan Pengelolaan Alat Berat dan Kendaraan Operasional Lapangan. Saat ini, DSDABM Surabaya melakukan pencatatan dan pengelolaan alat berat, alat angkut dan kendaraan operasional yang digunakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. DSDABM Surabaya juga telah merancang E-Maintenance yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan pencatatan aset alat berat dan alat angkut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji usability aplikasi pengelolaan alat berat milik DSDABM Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah user experience questionnaire (UEQ) dan system usability scale (SUS). Hasil kuesioner UEQ menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi existing memiliki skala perspicuity, efficiency, stimulation dan novelty berada pada kategori above average. Skala attractiveness berada pada kategori good dan skala dependability berada pada kategori excellent. Rata-rata skor SUS untuk aplikasi existing E-Maintenance adalah 64,33, menunjukkan perlu adanya perbaikan untuk aplikasi existing. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, Seluruh aspek mendapatkan kategori excellent, menandakan bahwa prototype perbaikan aplikasi E-Maintenance memberikan kesan positif bagi para pengguna. Nilai rata-rata skor SUS untuk prototype perbaikan aplikasi E-Maintenance mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan skor 84, meningkat sebanyak 20 poin dari rata-rata skor SUS aplikasi existing E-Maintenance.

The Department of Water Resources and Bina Marga (DSDABM) is an implementing element of government affairs in the field of Public Works and Spatial Planning sub affairs of Water Resources, Drinking Water, Wastewater, Drainage and Roads. The business process carried out by DSDABM Surabaya is divided into three sub-coordinators, including Domestic Wastewater Management, Management of Drainage facilities and Infrastructure and Management of Heavy Equipment and Field Operational Vehicles. Currently, DSDABM Surabaya records and manages heavy equipment, transport equipment and operational vehicles used by the Surabaya City Government. DSDABM Surabaya has also designed an application, namely E-Maintenance, which aims to manage and record heavy equipment assets and transport equipment. This research was conducted to evaluate the usability of DSDABM Surabaya's heavy equipment management application. The methods used in this research are user experience questionnaire (UEQ) and system usability scale (SUS). The results of the UEQ questionnaire show that the existing application has perspicuity, efficiency, stimulation and novelty scales in the above average category. The attractiveness scale is in the good category and the dependability scale is in the excellent category. The average SUS score for the existing E-Maintenance application is 64.33, indicating the need for improvement for the existing application. After making improvements, all aspects get an excellent category, indicating that the E-Maintenance application improvement prototype gives a positive impression to users. The average SUS score for the E-Maintenance application improvement prototype has increased significantly with a score of 84, an increase of 20 points from the average SUS score of the existing E-Maintenance application.
