Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada, sebagai penyedia air bersih di Surabaya, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan basis data dan administrasi aset air. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan low-cost Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pemantauan aset. Namun, integrasi low-cost GNSS dengan basis data PDAM pada aplikasi android masih belum optimal, dan kemampuannya pun terbatas sebagai receiver, bukan sebagai base station. Penelitian ini mengembangkan alat low-cost GNSS dan aplikasi android untuk mengintegrasikan SMART GEO-PD ITS dengan basis data PDAM. Alat ini memanfaatkan layanan NTRIP (Network Transport of RTCM via IP) untuk mendistribusikan koreksi dari base station ke rover. Integrasi dengan aplikasi Android dilakukan melalui Bluetooth, dan integrasi dengan basis data PDAM menggunakan API (Application Programming Interface). Pengujian dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat koreksi, akurasi, dan konsistensi low-cost GNSS. Koreksi low-cost GNSS dibandingkan dengan koreksi CORS BIG. Akurasi dan konsistensi pengukuran stake out aset PDAM dibandingkan dengan GNSS geodetik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa base station low-cost GNSS mampu menyiarkan sinyal koreksi melalui NTRIP dan diakses publik. Integrasi aplikasi Android dan SMART GEO-PD ITS menghasilkan aplikasi dengan fitur stake out dan manajemen aset PDAM secara near real-time. Pengujian koreksi menunjukkan bahwa koreksi CORS BIG tidak sama dengan koreksi low-cost GNSS. Pengujian akurasi dan konsistensi menunjukkan bahwa akurasi dan konsistensi GNSS geodetik tidak sama dengan low-cost GNSS. Pengujian konsistensi stake out menggunakan GNSS Geodetik menunjukkan jarak selisih stake out dengan rentang 0.017-0.29 meter, sedangkan pada low-cost GNSS adalah 0.005-0.111 meter. Pengguna menilai aplikasi ini baik dalam perekaman data aset air pelanggan PDAM.

PDAM Surya Sembada, as a clean water provider in Surabaya, faces challenges in managing its water asset database and administration. Geographic Information System (GIS) and low-cost Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) offer solutions to improve asset monitoring efficiency and accuracy. However, the integration of low-cost GNSS with PDAM's database on Android applications is still not optimal, and its capabilities are limited as a receiver, not as a base station. This research develops a low-cost GNSS tool and Android application to integrate SMART GEO-PD ITS with PDAM's database. The tool utilizes NTRIP (Network Transport of RTCM via IP) services to distribute corrections from the base station to the rover. Integration with the Android application is done via Bluetooth, and integration with the PDAM database uses an API (Application Programming Interface). Testing was conducted to analyze the correction level, accuracy, and consistency of low-cost GNSS. Low-cost GNSS corrections were compared to CORS BIG corrections. The accuracy and consistency of PDAM asset stake-out measurements were compared with geodetic GNSS. The results of this study show that the low-cost GNSS base station is capable of broadcasting correction signals through NTRIP and is publicly accessible. The integration of the Android application and SMART GEO-PD ITS resulted in an application with stake-out and near real-time PDAM asset management features. Correction testing showed that CORS BIG corrections were not the same as low-cost GNSS corrections. Accuracy and consistency testing showed that the accuracy and consistency of geodetic GNSS were not the same as low-cost GNSS. Consistency testing of stake-out using Geodetic GNSS showed a range difference of 0.017-0.29 meters, while for low-cost GNSS it was 0.005-0.111 meters. Users rated the application as good for recording water asset data for PDAM customers.
