Abstract

BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) merupakan lembaga khusus yang bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan jaminan kesehatan bagi semua kalangan masyarakat. BPJS telah mendaftarkan lebih dari 200 juta penduduk Indonesia untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan seperti puskesmas, rumah sakit, klinik, dan lainnya. Meskipun jumlah fasilitas layanan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang terdaftar di BPJS sebanyak 27.659 unit, masyarakat masih kesulitan mencari fasilitas kesehatan terdekat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Masalah juga muncul dari pihak rumah sakit terkait ketersediaan kapasitas rumah sakit untuk menerima pasien baru. Sebelumnya, BPJS sudah memiliki aplikasi dashboard berbasis web untuk menampilkan informasi fasilitas kesehatan yang terdaftar di BPJS bernama Aplicares. Namun, masyarakat masih kesulitan dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut karena terlalu kompleks dan terdapat fungsionalitas yang tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi dashboard berbasis web menggunakan teknologi Next.js sebagai kerangka kerja front-end dan paradigma react sebagai pola pengembangan kode programnya. Fitur utamanya adalah dashboard yang menampilkan informasi tentang perkembangan dunia kesehatan di Indonesia, seperti jumlah fasilitas kesehatan, tren penyakit, dan informasi lainnya. Fitur lainnya adalah disediakan halaman pencarian dengan sistem penyaringan data yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, yaitu fasilitas rumah sakit, daerah rumah sakit, ketersediaan kapasitas, dan lainnya. Hasil yang diharapkan dengan adanya pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah masyarakat lebih mudah dalam menemukan fasilitas kesehatan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Proses evaluasi dan validasi terdapat pada pengembangan tampilan antarmuka dan pengembangan aplikasi. Evaluasi antarmuka menggunakan metode system usability scale dan single ease question yang memiliki nilai 87,5 dan 6,78. Evaluasi aplikasi menggunakan Lighthouse dan Google PageSpeed Insights yang sebagian besar halaman memiliki nilai di atas 90 pada setiap parameter pengujian

BPJS (Social Security Administering Agency) is a special institution tasked with providing health insurance for all levels of society. BPJS has registered more than 200 million Indonesians to utilize health facilities such as community health centers, hospitals, clinics and others. Even though the number of National Health Insurance (JKN) service facilities registered with BPJS is 27,659 units, people still have difficulty finding the nearest health facility that suits their needs. Problems also arise from the hospital regarding the availability of hospital capacity to accept new patients. Previously, BPJS already had a web-based dashboard application to display information on health facilities registered with BPJS called Aplicares. However, people still have difficulty using this application because it is too complex and has inefficient functionality. Therefore, a web-based dashboard application was developed using Next.js technology as the front-end framework and the React paradigm as the program code development pattern. The main feature is a dashboard that displays information about developments in the world of health in Indonesia, such as the number of health facilities, disease trends and other information. Another feature is that a search page is provided with a data filtering system that suits community needs, namely hospital facilities, hospital areas, capacity availability, and others. The expected result of developing this application is that it will be easier for people to find health facilities according to their needs. The evaluation and validation process is found in interface development and application development. Interface evaluation uses the system usability scale and single ease question methods which have scores of 87.5 and 6.78. Evaluate the application using Lighthouse and Google PageSpeed ​​Insights where most of the pages have a score above 90 on each test parameter
