Abstract
Pupuk organik cair dihasilkan melalui proses fermentasi bahan-bahan organik.
Fermentasi terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu fermentasi aerob, semianaerob dan anaerob. Selama
proses fermentasi semianaerob pupuk akan dilakukan pengadukan dalam waktu tertentu
dengan salah astu tujuannya pemeretaan mikroorganisme selama proses fermentasi. Salah satu
parameter yang perlu diperhatikan selama proses fermentasi semianerob adalah oksigen.
Keberadaan oksigen dapat mempengaruhi ketersediaan nutrisi dan perkembangan
mikroorganisme tertentu yang berkontribusi pada hasil akhir pupuk organik cair. Salah satu
parameter kematangan pada hasil fermentasi pupuk organik cair adalah pH. Pada alat Tugas
Akhir ini digunakan setpoint pH sebagai standar kematangan POC dengan nilai 5-7. Kemudian
selama proses fermentasi variabel yang dipantau adalah konsentrasi oksigen, kemudian variabel
yang dikontrol adalah pH yang nantinya akan membuka solenoid valve untuk mengalirkan POC
ketika pH sudah mencapai setpoint ke storage tank POC yang sudah matang. Dengan
monitoring IoT juga pemantauan kedua variabel tersebut dapat secara realtime, dan dilakukan
secara jarak jauh.

Liquid organic fertilizer is produced through the fermentation process of organic
materials. Fermentation is divided into two, namely aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.
During the semi-anaerobic fermentation process, the fertilizer will be stirred for a certain time
with the aim of mapping microorganisms during the fermentation process. One parameter that
needs to be considered during the semi-anaerobic fermentation process is oxygen. The presence
of oxygen can affect the availability of nutrients and the development of certain microorganisms
that contribute to the final result of liquid organic fertilizer. One of the maturity parameters in
the fermentation of liquid organic fertilizer is pH. In this final project tool, a pH setpoint is
used as a standard for POC maturity with a value of 5-7. Then during the fermentation process
the monitored variable is oxygen concentration, then the controlled variable is pH which will
open the solenoid valve to drain the POC when the pH has reached the setpoint to the mature
POC storage tank. With IoT monitoring, both variables can be monitored in real time and
remotely.
