Abstract

Jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dari perusahaan adalah salah satu elemen penting yang bisa memengaruhi kualitas tenaga kerja karena dapat membantu meningkatkan rasa aman para pekerja pada proyek konstruksi prefabrikasi. Pengendalian risiko kecelakaan dalam peningkatan kinerja keselamatan di tempat kerja dapat dilakukan dengan melibatkan implementasi iklim keselamatan, budaya keselamatan, dan perilaku keselamatan yang saling terkait. Namun, perlindungan keselamatan bagi para pekerja konstruksi pada metode prefabrikasi masih belum mencapai harapan. Insiden kecelakaan kerja yang mengakibatkan kerugian masih saja terjadi. Pemahaman akan pentingnya iklim keselamatan, budaya keselamatan, dan perilaku keselamatan dalam pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keselamatan belum sepenuhnya dipahami dan penelitian mengenai keselamatan pada proyek konstruksi prefabrikasi masih sangat terbatas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara iklim keselamatan, budaya keselamatan, perilaku keselamatan, dan kinerja keselamatan pada proyek konstruksi prefabrikasi. Desain penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan sampel yang terdiri dari karyawan senior proyek yang menggunakan metode prefabrikasi dan mempunya masa kerja minimal tiga tahun. 86 responden terlibat yang berasal profesional berpengalaman di bidang konstruksi prefabrikasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) - Partial Least Squares (PLS).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja keselamatan pada proyek konstruksi prefabrikasi di mana perilaku keselamatan memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 0,490, dan budaya keselamatan sebesar 0,337. Iklim keselamatan juga mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keselamatan tetapi harus dimediasi oleh budaya keselamatan ataupun perilaku keselamatan.

Occupational health and safety insurance from the company is one of the important elements that can affect the quality of the workforce because it can help improve workers' sense of security in prefabricated construction project. Controlling the risk of accidents in improving safety performance in the workplace can be performed by involving the implementation of an interrelated safety climate, safety culture and safety behavior. However, safety protection for construction workers in the prefabrication method has not yet reached expectations. Incidents of work accidents that result in losses still occur. The importance of safety climate, safety culture, and safety behavior in influencing safety performance is not fully understood and there is limited research on safety in prefabricated construction projects.
This study aims to analyse the relationship between safety climate, safety culture, safety behavior, and safety performance on prefabricated construction projects. The research design involved data collection through questionnaires with a sample consisting of senior employees on prefabricated projects with a minimum of three years of service. A total of 86 respondents were involved from professionals with experience in prefabricated construction. The collected data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) - Partial Least Squares (PLS) method.
The results showed that safety culture and safety behavior have a positive and significant influence directly on safety performance in prefabricated construction projects where safety behavior has the greatest influence with an influence value of 0.490, followed by safety culture of 0.337. Safety climate also has a positive influence on safety performance but must be mediated by safety culture or safety behavior.
