Abstract

Dalam dekade terakhir, peningkatan kebutuhan listrik di Surabaya telah menekankan pentingnya kualitas daya listrik yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi kualitas daya listrik di Gedung Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo (TIJ) Surabaya disaat sebelum dan setelah perbaikan sistem kelistrikan, menyusul kerusakan peralatan listrik yang signifikan. Evaluasi ini melibatkan pengukuran dan analisis parameter seperti tegangan, arus, frekuensi, dan faktor daya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perbaikan, terdapat peningkatan tegangan netral tanah hingga 14.91V, overvoltage pada mayoritas pengukuran tegangan fasa S dan T, ketidakseimbangan beban sebesar 32.1%, dan ketidakseimbangan tegangan sebesar 12.23%. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh distribusi beban yang tidak seimbang dan kerusakan pada sistem pentanahan netral transformer dan pembumian penangkal petir. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi perbaikan sistem grounding, pembagian beban yang lebih merata, dan peningkatan sistem monitoring. Implementasi solusi diikuti oleh evaluasi ulang dengan pengukuran langsung menggunakan Power Quality Analyzer (PQA) yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas daya listrik sudah memenuhi standar pasca inspeksi kelistrikan gedung. Namun, masih terdapat masalah ketidakseimbangan pembebanan di sub panel gedung AC dan Chiller yang berpotensi menyebabkan permasalahan di masa mendatang. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kerusakan peralatan di masa depan dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta keamanan operasional gedung TIJ.

In the past decade, the increasing electricity demand in Surabaya has emphasized the importance of better power quality. This research focuses on evaluating the power quality at the Terminal Intermodal Joyoboyo (TIJ) building in Surabaya before and after electrical system repairs, following significant electrical equipment damage. This evaluation involves measuring and analysing parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, and power factor. The research results indicate that before repairs, there was an increase in neutral-to-earth voltage up to 14.91V, overvoltage in most phase S and T voltage measurements, a load imbalance of 32.1%, and a voltage imbalance of 12.23%. These issues were caused by an uneven load distribution and damage to the neutral grounding system of the transformer and the grounding of the lightning protection system. The recommended improvements include repairing the grounding system, redistributing the load more evenly, and enhancing the monitoring system. The implementation of these solutions was followed by a re-evaluation with direct measurements using a Power Quality Analyzer (PQA), which showed that the power quality met the standards after the building's electrical inspection. However, there are still load imbalance issues in the AC and Chiller sub-panels that may cause future problems. These recommendations are expected to reduce future equipment damage and improve the efficiency and safety of TIJ building operations.
