Abstract
Kota Surabaya yang merupakan salah satu kota bisnis di Indonesia seringkali dipenuhi oleh imigran-imigran dari berbagai daerah untuk kepentingan bisnis yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya kebutuhan akomodasi penginapan dan fasilitas pendukung kegiatan bisnis di Kota Surabaya. Bisnis hospitality menjadi bagian penting dalam keberlangsungan kegiatan bisnis dan sebagai salah satu sektor peningkat ekonomi Kota Surabaya. Meningkatnya jumlah permintaan terhadap akomodasi penginapan menyebabkan persaingan yang ketat bagi pebisnis hotel dalam meningkatakan fasilitas serta branding. Begitu pula Hotel Swiss Bel-inn Manyar yang harus terus berkembang agar mampu bersaing dengan hotel bisnis lainnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis para tamunya. Melalui penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, hingga studi literatur dalam mengkaji kebutuhan desain interior hotel sehingga ditemukan konsep utama yaitu pengoptimalan aktivitas yang mengedepankan pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna serta branding citra hotel sebagai identitas dan daya tarik hotel itu sendiri. Konsep ini diaplikasikan pada interior Hotel Swiss Bel-inn Manyar dengan tujuan untuk menoptimalkan fasilitas dan peningkatan citra hotel sebagai daya tarik bagi pebisnis. Hasil akhir dari desain ini diterjemahkan melalui estetika ruangan dan pengefektifan fasilitas interior hotel untuk pengefisiensian dan pengoptimalan kegiatan pengguna didalamnya.

Surabaya, which is one of the business cities in Indonesia, is often filled with immigrants from various regions for business purposes, resulting in an increased demand for accommodation and supporting facilities for business activities in the city. The hospitality business is a crucial part of the sustainability of business activities and contributes to the economic growth of Surabaya. The rising demand for accommodation has led to intense competition among hotel entrepreneurs in enhancing facilities and branding. Similarly, Hotel Swiss-Belinn Manyar must continue to evolve to compete with other business hotels in meeting the needs of its business guests. Through qualitative and quantitative research, utilizing methods such as interviews, observations, and literature studies to examine the needs of hotel interior design, the main concept of optimizing activities focusing on meeting user needs and branding the hotel's image as its identity and attraction was discovered. This concept is applied to the interior of Hotel Swiss-Belinn Manyar with the aim of optimizing facilities and enhancing the hotel's image as an attraction for business travelers. The final result of this design is translated through the aesthetics of the space and the effectiveness of the hotel's interior facilities for efficiency and optimization of user activities within it.
