Abstract

Surabaya memiliki jumlah penduduk terbesar kedua di Indonesia merupakan Ibu Kota Provinsi Jawa Timur, kota ini menjadi pilihan utama bagi banyak penduduk yang ingin menetap. Kota Surabaya memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 2.987.863 jiwa pada tahun 2022 (BPS Kota Surabaya, 2023). Sesuai RPJMD Kota Surabaya Tujuan Nomor 6, “Pada tahun 2030, mencapai akses universal dan merata terhadap air minum”. Namun pada wilayah yang ditinjau, yaitu zona 3 unit pelayanan PDAM Kota Surabaya, memiliki pelayanan yang kurang apabila ditinjau dari pemenuhan kebutuhan air, menurut RI SPAM Kota Surabaya, zona ini khususnya di Surabaya Utara memiliki sistem distribusi kurang dari 24 jam, kemudian menurut data tekanan jaringan distribusi zona 3 yang sampai ke sambungan warga memiliki tekanan yang rendah yaitu di bawah batas minimum sebesar 7,5 meter kolom air standar SNI No. 7509 Tahun 2011 mengenai pipa distribusi, Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membuat analisis permasalahan kemudian merencanakan berbaikan dan melakukan peningkatan pelayanan pada jaringan distribusi air bersih zona 3.
Metode yang digunakan yaitu melakukan analisis kondisi jaringan distribusi air bersih eksisting baik tekanan, kecepatan dan kondisi kelayakan pipa, analisis menggunakan WaterGEMSV10.03. untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pelanggan tahun 2033, dilakukan proyeksi menggunakan metode Aritmatik, Geometrik dan Least Square kemudian dilakukan beberapa skenario analisis pemenuhan kebutuhan air dan tekanan dengan WaterGEMSV10.03 baik keadaan eksisting dan tahun proyeksi 2033, dari kedua skenario digunakan skenario yang paling efektif yaitu perencanaan reservoir baru dengan dimensi 1541.01 m3 dengan uprating IPAM sebesar 508.163 lt/dt.

Surabaya City, the second-largest city in Indonesia and the capital of East Java Province, is a primary choice for many residents looking to settle. In 2022, Surabaya had a population of 2,987,863 people (BPS Kota Surabaya, 2023). According to Surabaya City's RPJMD Goal No. 6, "By 2030, achieve universal and equitable access to drinking water." However, in the reviewed area, which is Zone 3 of the Surabaya City PDAM service unit, the service is inadequate in terms of meeting water needs. According to Surabaya City RI SPAM, this zone, particularly in North Surabaya, has a distribution system that operates less than 24 hours a day. Additionally, data on the distribution network pressure in Zone 3 indicates that the pressure reaching residents' connections is low, below the minimum standard of 7.5 meters of water column as per SNI No. 7509 of 2011 on distribution pipes. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the problems, then plan improvements, and enhance the service in the clean water distribution network of Zone 3.
The method used involves analyzing the existing conditions of the clean water distribution network, including pressure, speed, and pipe feasibility. The analysis uses WaterGEMS V10.03. To determine customer needs for the year 2033, projections are made using the Arithmetic, Geometric, and Least Square methods. Then, several scenarios for water supply and pressure fulfillment analysis are conducted with WaterGEMS V10.03 for both existing conditions and the 2033 projection year. The most effective scenario is the one where a new reservoir with a capacity of 1541.01 m3 and upgrading the water treatment plant (IPAM) to 508.163 lps.
