Abstract

============================================================
In 2024, a logistic program was implemented in the international cargo terminal at X Airport which allows the simplification of logistics processes to lower costs and time required. However, currently there is no structured logistics performance measurement that has been applied so that the company can evaluate its performance. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a measurement system and measure logistics performance at the international cargo terminal at X Airport using the logistics scorecard. Designing a performance measurement system begins with identifying the company's profile and logistics strategy, identifying and validating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), weighting valid KPIs using the pairwise comparison method in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) until the final weight is determined. After implementing the designed performance measurement system, 13 valid KPIs were generated, and it was found that the company's logistics performance was in the good category with achievement of 85,57%. Based on the established range of achievements in the traffic light system, there are 9 green KPIs and 4 yellow KPIs which are then analyzed to find the cause using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. The company may consider using the resulting measurement system to measure the logistics performance in the future.
