Abstract

Desa Mlirip di Kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki rencana untuk mengembangkan wisata berkonsep ekoriparian. Pengembangan wisata ini berpotensi meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Namun, pengembangan pariwisata dapat menyebabkan pencemaran sumber air apabila tidak memperhatikan aspek konservasi lingkungan. Aktivitas pariwisata menyebabkan perubahan pola penggunaan lahan dan meningkatkan penggunaan air bersih serta produksi air limbah. Potensi permasalahan lingkungan yang timbul akibat pengembangan pariwisata dapat dicegah melalui upaya pemanfaatan air hujan dan pengolahan air limbah di lokasi rencana wisata ekoriparian. Oleh karena itu, sistem pemanenan air hujan (SPAH) dan sistem penyaluran air limbah (SPAL) dari aktivitas warga maupun kegiatan operasional rencana ekoriparian direncanakan untuk mencegah kerusakan lingkungan akibat pariwisata. Bill of Quantity (BOQ) dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pembangunan SPAL dan SPAH juga direncanakan dalam perencanaan ini.
Perencanaan SPAH dan SPAL dilakukan berdasarkan data primer dan sekunder yang diambil melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan data-data yang dapat diakses secara terbuka melalui situs web. Metode analisis data, perhitungan, dan perencanaan dilakukan berdasarkan teori yang ada dan regulasi yang berlaku di wilayah studi. SPAL direncanakan melayani 200 KK warga sekitar ekoriparian dan wilayah ekoriparian rencana. SPAH direncanakan berdasarkan luas atap di area ekoriparian.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari perencanaan ini adalah pipa SPAL sepanjang 1,4 km memiliki diameter 114 mm. Jumlah manhole total pada perencanaan SPAL adalah 23 unit. Pompa yang diperlukan dalam jaringan SPAL sebanyak 2 unit. Diameter talang air hujan SPAH sebesar 250 mm berbentuk setengah lingkaran. Kapasitas reservoir PAH mencapai 15 m³ yang menerima air hujan dari atap seluas 900 m². SPAH dilengkapi pipa pengalih air hujan dan filter. Biaya yang diperlukan dalam pembangunan SPAL sebesar Rp709.104.000 dan pembangunan SPAH sebesar Rp50.933.000.

Mlirip in Mojokerto has plans to develop ecotourism based on the riparian concept. This tourism development has the potential to enhance the local community's economy. However, tourism development can lead to water source pollution if environmental conservation aspects are not considered. Tourism activities cause changes in land use patterns and increase the use of clean water as well as wastewater production. The potential environmental problems arising from tourism development can be prevented through rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment at the planned riparian ecotourism site. Therefore, a rainwater harvesting system (SPAH) and sewerage system (SPAL) from residents' activities as well as operational activities of the ecotourism are planned to prevent environmental damage. The Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation plan (RAB) for the construction of SPAL and SPAH are also planned.
The planning of SPAH and SPAL is based on primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, literature studies, and openly accessible data on websites. The data analysis, calculation, and planning methods are based on existing theories and regulations applicable in the study area. SPAL is planned to serve 200 households around the riparian ecotourism area and the planned ecotourism area. SPAH is planned based on the roof area in the riparian area.
The results obtained from this planning are that the 1,4 km long SPAL pipe has a diameter of 114 mm. The total number of manholes planned for the SPAL is 23 units. Two pumps are required within the SPAL. The diameter of the rainwater gutter for the Rainwater Harvesting System (SPAH) is 250 mm in a half-circle shape. The reservoir capacity of the PAH is 15 m³, receiving rainwater from a roof area of 900 m². The SPAH is equipped with a rainwater diverter pipe and a filter. The cost required for the construction of the SPAL is Rp709.104.000 and for the SPAH, it is Rp50.933.000.
