Abstract

Dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan proses bisnis, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) menjadi salah satu alat yang umum digunakan dalam merancang dan mendokumentasikan proses bisnis. Banyaknya elemen simbol dan notasi serta tahapan dalam memahami BPMN sistem penjualan akan menciptakan beban kognitif yang cukup tinggi. Peluang solusi dalam penelitian ini akan dirancang dalam bentuk antarmuka pada pembaca model proses bisnis BPMN untuk meningkatkan pemahaman model di bidang sistem penjualan dengan menggunakan arsitektur informasi yaitu LLM (Large Language Model). Dengan adanya arsitektur informasi terstruktur yang tepat dan sesuai, pembaca model akan lebih cepat dalam memahami model. Pada tugas akhir ini, penulis mengambil gambar model BPMN lalu dilakukan proses konversi gambar menjadi bentuk teks. Dilanjutkan proses perancangan desain antarmuka yang bertujuan untuk memvisualisasi arsitektur informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur informasi dari rancangan antarmuka dapat membantu pengguna untuk membaca. Hasil tersebut didapatkan dari pengujian antarmuka bersama calon pengguna dan dievaluasi secara kualitatif. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya, melakukan penyusunan arsitektur informasi menggunakan LLM yang berbeda dengan penelitian ini.

In order to improve the effectiveness of business process management, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is one of the commonly used tools in designing and documenting business processes. The many elements of symbols and notations as well as the stages in understanding the BPMN of the sales system will create a fairly high cognitive load. The solution opportunity in this research will be designed in the form of an interface to the BPMN business process model reader to improve the understanding of models in the field of sales systems using information architecture, namely LLM (Large Language Model). With the right and appropriate structured information architecture, the model reader will be faster in understanding the model. In this final project, the author takes an image of the BPMN model and then converts the image into text. Followed by the process of designing an interface design that aims to visualize the information architecture. The results showed that the information architecture of the interface design can help users to read. These results were obtained from testing the interface with potential users and evaluated qualitatively. Recommendations for further research, compiling information architecture using LLM that is different from this research.
