Abstract

Jaringan distribusi listrik di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) terbagi kedalam dua sistem yaitu bagian utara dan selatan. Jaringan distribusi ITS menggunakan saluran kabel bawah tanah atau tertanam. Sistem ini menyuplai listrik 20kV dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) ke seluruh departemen yang berada dalam lingkup ITS. Namun, jaringan distribusi listrik ITS masih belum memiliki sistem monitoring daya pada setiap departemen. Sejauh ini pemantauan daya dilakukan melalui tagihan yang diberikan oleh pihak PLN kepada ITS.Tugas akhir ini membahas sistem power monitoring dengan penempatan power meter di setiap feeder outgoing, serta pembagian pembebanan daya pada feeder outgoing yang memiliki pemakaian lebih dari satu departemen. Hasil dari perencanaan ini adalah terdapat 13 gardu yang berada di ITS. Total Penggunaan power meter yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan adalah 133 unit, dengan penempatan pada 13 feeder incoming setiap gardu induk dan 120 pada feeder outgoing. Feeder outgoing yang menyuplai lebih dari satu separtemen berjumlah 15, yaitu feeder 1-1,1-2,1-6,2-1, 3-7, 5-1, 5-2, 5-4, 5-8- 7-13, 8-1-4a, 8-1-4b, 8-1-7, 8-3-2 dan GF 8. Percabangan terbanyak pada feeder SS 1-1 yang menyuplai listrik untuk 4 departemen, yaitu departemen teknik elektro, teknik komputer, teknik biomedik dan teknik mesin.

The electricity distribution network at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is divided into two systems, namely the northern and southern parts. The ITS distribution network uses underground or embedded cable channels. This system supplies 20kV electricity from the Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) to all departments within the scope of ITS. However, the ITS electricity distribution network still does not have a power monitoring system in each department. So far, power monitoring has been carried out through bills provided by PLN to ITS. This final assignment discusses the power monitoring system by placing power meters at each outgoing feeder, as well as dividing the power load on outgoing feeders that are used by more than one department. The result of this planning is that there are 13 substations located at ITS. The total use of power meters required to do this are 133 units, with placement at 13 incoming feeders per substation and 120 at outgoing feeders. There are 15 outgoing feeders that supply more than one department, namely feeders 1-1, 1-2, 1-6, 2-1, 3-7, 5-1, 5-2, 5-4, 5-8- 7-13, 8-1-4a, 8-1-4b, 8-1-7, 8-3-2 and GF 8. The largest branch at SS-01 which supplies electricity to 4 departments, namely the electrical engineering department, computer engineering department, biomedical engineering department and mechanical engineering department.
