Abstract
Taman koleksi, juga dikenal sebagai Botanical Garden, adalah fasilitas yang didesain untuk merawat dan memamerkan beragam tanaman, tumbuhan langka, serta ekosistem alam. Perkembangan taman koleksi telah mengalami kemajuan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, bertindak sebagai pusat edukasi lingkungan dan tempat pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati yang semakin krusial. Taman koleksi modern tidak hanya menjadi destinasi rekreasi yang menarik, tetapi juga pusat penelitian ilmiah dan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian alam.
PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan pertambangan batu bara terkemuka di Indonesia, dengan sejarah panjang yang mencakup lebih dari satu abad. Perusahaan ini terkenal dengan komitmen pada kegiatan pertambangan yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab, serta berperan penting dalam pengembangan industri energi di Indonesia melalui proyek-proyek diversifikasi bisnisnya.
Perancangan Taman Koleksi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan yang berharga bagi PT. Bukit Asam dalam merancang taman koleksi yang menginspirasi serta mendukung tujuan perusahaan dalam pelestarian alam, pendidikan lingkungan, dan kekehendak. Selain itu, desain ini juga mendorong perhatian terhadap hubungan harmonis antara fungsionalitas, estetika, dan tanggung jawab lingkungan dalam proyek-proyek desain interior serupa di masa depan.
