Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan kerja yang penuh tekanan karena tuntutan adaptasi yang cepat menyebabkan menurunnya kesejahteraan karyawan dan akibatnya karyawan menjadi mudah stress dan burnout. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perusahaan perlu berfokus untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan sumber daya yang dimiliki karyawan, diantaranya berupa modal psikologis serta peningkatan keterikatan karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam mengenai modal psikologis dan keterikatan karyawan untuk mengarahkan topik potensial pada masa depan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik dan analisis konten dengan pengumpulan literatur ilmiah berdasarkan database Scopus dan Web of Science (WoS) menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSViewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil analisis bibliometrik dari penelitian berikut menemukan bahwa Jurnal Frontiers in Psychology merupakan penyumbang publikasi terbanyak, sedangkan International Journal of Hospitality Management adalah jurnal yang memiliki dampak terbesar. Penulis dengan publikasi terbanyak adalah Gupta M dan Shaheen M masing-masing dengan 6 publikasi. Negara China menerbitkan artikel terbanyak sekaligus urutan pertama sebagai negara yang saling berkolaborasi. Selanjutnya, analisis konten menunjukkan bahwa topik modal psikologis dan keterikatan karyawan mayoritas menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta tergolong sektor industri, konsumsi non-esensial, dan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, penelitian yang dianalisis mayoritas diteliti pada pekerjaan guru.

Stressful work environment conditions due to demands for rapid adaptation cause a decline in employee well-being, and as a result, employees become easily stressed and burn out. To overcome this problem, companies need to focus on maximizing the strengths of employees' resources, including psychological capital and increasing employee engagement. Therefore, the following research aims to analyze in depth psychological capital and employee engagement to direct potential topics in the future. The research design used is bibliometric analysis and content analysis by collecting scientific literature based on the Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases using VOSViewer and Biblioshiny software. The results of the bibliometric analysis of the following research found that the Journal of Frontiers in Psychology contributed the most publications, while the International Journal of Hospitality Management was the journal that had the greatest impact. The authors with the most publications are Gupta M. and Shaheen M., with six publications each. China publishes the most articles and also ranks first as a country that collaborates with each other. Furthermore, content analysis shows that the majority of topics on psychological capital and employee engagement use quantitative research methods and are classified as industrial, consumer discretionary, and information technology sectors.
