Abstract

Pada suatu sistem industri penting untuk menjaga kontinuitas hasil produksi, hal ini menjadi salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan. Proses penyaluran tanaga listrik harus tetap terjaga agar kontinuitas proses produksi tetap dapat berjalan. Saat ini PT. Polytama Propindo mengalami kesalahan koordinasi rele-rele proteksi akibat adanya gangguan arus lebih pada busbar 6,6 kV hingga 20 kV. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi setting koordinasi proteksi arus lebih gangguan fasa dan ground. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perhitungan dan pengaturan setting rele arus lebih dan rele gangguan ke tanah. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga tipikal, Dimana pada setiap tipikal mewakili seluruh sistem kelistrikan pada PT. Polytama Propindo. Pada tipikal 1, apabila terdapat gangguan fasa 3,23 kA di transformator TR-H-001A, maka rele 8 akan bekerja dalam waktu 0,1 detik sebagai pengaman primer, apabila terjadi kegagalan dalam mengisolasi gangguan rele 5 sebagai pengaman backup 1 yang beroperasi dalam 0,3 detik dan rele 4 sebagai pengaman backup 2 yang beroperasi dalam 0,7 detik. Pada tipikal 2, apabila terdapat gangguan fasa 3,23 kA di motor Mtr EXTRUDER EX-801, maka rele 13 akan bekerja dalam waktu 0,1 detik sebagai pengaman primer, apabila terjadi kegagalan dalam mengisolasi gangguan rele 10 sebagai pengaman backup 1 yang beroperasi dalam 0,3 detik dan rele 9 sebagai pengaman backup 2 yang beroperasi dalam 0,5 detik. Pada tipikal 3, apabila terdapat gangguan fasa 3,23 kA di transformator TR-H-002, maka rele 14 akan bekerja dalam waktu 0,1 detik sebagai pengaman primer, apabila terjadi kegagalan dalam mengisolasi gangguan rele 11 sebagai pengaman backup yang beroperasi dalam 0,3 detik. Hasil evaluasi koordinasi proteksi ini dapat melindungi sistem dari gangguan arus lebih.

Polytama Propindo experienced an error in coordinating the protection relays due to an overcurrent disturbance on the 6.6 kV to 20 kV busbar. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the coordination settings for phase and ground fault overcurrent protection. This research focuses on calculating and setting the settings for overcurrent relays and ground fault relays. In this research there are three types, where each type represents the entire electrical system at PT. Polytama Province. In typical 1, if there is a 3.23 kA phase fault in the TR-H-001A transformer, then relay 8 will work within 0.1 seconds as primary protection, if there is a failure to isolate the fault relay 5 as backup safety 1 which operates in 0.3 seconds and relay 4 as backup safety 2 which operates in 0.7 seconds. In typical 2, if there is a 3.23 kA phase fault in the Mtr EXTRUDER EX-801 motor, then relay 13 will work within 0.1 seconds as a primary safety, if there is a failure to isolate the fault relay 10 as a backup safety 1 which operates in 0.3 seconds and relay 9 as backup safety 2 which operates in 0.5 seconds. In typical 3, if there is a 3.23 kA phase fault in the TR-H-002 transformer, then relay 14 will work within 0.1 seconds as a primary safety, if there is a failure to isolate the fault relay 11 as a backup safety will operate within 0.1 second. .3 seconds. The results of this protection coordination evaluation can protect the system from overcurrent disturbances.
