Abstract

Jalan adalah prasarana transportasi darat yang meliputi segala bagian jalan, bangunan untuk lalu lintas yang berada di permukaan tanah, di atas permukaan tanah, kecuali kereta api, jalan lori, dan jalan kabel. Fungsi jalan adalah untuk media mobilisasi agar pergerakan lalu lintas lancar. Lalu untuk mewujudkan kondisi jalan yang ideal diperlukan evaluasi kondisi jalan apakah memenuhi syarat teknis kelaikan, keamanan, dan keselamatan pengguna jalan. Evaluasi uji laik fungsi jalan pada Ruas Jalan Batas Kota Jombang-Pulorejo dilakukan dengan metode kualitatitif yaitu dengan melakukan survei ke lokasi secara langsung dengan mengisi form uji laik fungsi sesuai dengan Peraturan Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 06/P/BM/2024. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil survei kemudian dapat dibandingkan dengan parameter perencanaan yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 06/P/BM/2024 dan juga panduan teknis pelaksanaan laik fungsi jalan serta diberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan hasil dilapangan kemudian dihitung volume yang diperlukan dan merancang metode pelaksanaan serta rencana anggaran biaya untuk rekomendasi yang sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi, evaluasi kondisi eksisting, analisis kebutuhan dan rumusan rekomendasi penanganan, penyusunan Rancang Bangun Rinci/Detail Engineering Design ruas jalan Batas Kota Jombang-Pulorejo STA 5+300-17+000 untuk pemenuhan Laik Fungsi Jalan dengan metode pemeringkatan bintang. Terdapat 122 segmen yang akan dilakukan uji laik fungsi pada ruas jalan yang panjangnya 11,77 km tersebut. Setiap segmen yang diuji akan dimasukan kedalam 5 kategori bintang, apakah jalan tersebut masuk kedalam kategori Bintang 1,2,3,4, dan 5. Setiap segmen terdapat rekomendasi jika diperlukan sesuai dengan kategori Bintang pada segmen tersebut

Roads are land transportation infrastructure which includes all parts of roads, buildings for traffic that are at ground level, above ground level, except trains, truck roads and cable roads. The function of roads is as a mobilization medium so that traffic moves smoothly. Then, to realize ideal road conditions, it is necessary to evaluate whether the road conditions meet the technical requirements for roadworthiness, security and safety of road users. Evaluation of the road worthiness test on the Jombang-Pulorejo City Boundary Road is carried out using a qualitative method, namely by conducting a survey to the location directly by filling in the function worthiness test form in accordance with Public Works Regulation
Number 06/P/BM/2024. The data obtained from the survey results can then be compared with planning parameters in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 06/P/BM/2024 and technical guidelines for implementing road worthiness and recommendations are given in accordance with the results in the field, then calculating the required volume and designing implementation methods and budget plans for appropriate recommendations.
The results of this research are identification, evaluation of existing conditions, analysis of needs and formulation of recommendations for handling, preparation of detailed
design/detailed engineering design of the Jombang-Pulorejo City Boundary Road section STA 5+300-17+000 to fulfill the Road Functionality using the star rating method. There are 122 segments that will undergo functional feasibility tests on the 11.77 km long road. Each segment tested will be put into 5-star categories, whether the road is in the 1, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-star categories. Each segment has recommendations if necessary, according to the star category for that segment.
