Abstract

Perusahaan Transformator Jawa Timur (TJT) adalah pembuat transformator yang memasarkan produknya secara nasional dan internasional. TJT menyadari pentingnya penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015, yang menekankan pendekatan berbasis risiko dalam manajemen mutu. Namun, meskipun telah tersertifikasi, TJT menghadapi hambatan berupa temuan ketidaksesuaian yang memerlukan analisis mendalam untuk menurunkan risiko operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan melakukan penilaian risiko berbasis sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 di TJT dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam penerapannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah risk assessment untuk mengukur tingkat risiko yang ditimbulkan dari temuan, mengklasifikasikan tingkat urgensi, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil analisis dan penilaian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai temuan risiko high, medium dan low yang memerlukan pengendalian lebih lanjut. Hambatan utama meliputi kurangnya pelatihan terkait persyaratan dan prosedur ISO 9001:2015, ketidakpatuhan terhadap standar, dan kurangnya monitoring. Penerapan analisis risiko membantu meningkatkan kesadaran risiko, memprioritaskan perbaikan, memperkuat kontrol internal, mengurangi ketidaksesuaian, dan mendorong pemantauan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu tetap relevan dan efektif dalam menghadapi perubahan dan tantangan baru.

East Java Transformer Company (TJT) is a transformer manufacturer that markets its products nationally and internationally. TJT recognized the importance of implementing ISO 9001:2015 certification, which emphasizes a risk-based approach to quality management. However, despite being certified, TJT faces obstacles in the form of non-conformance findings that require in-depth analysis to reduce operational risk. This study aims to analyze and conduct a risk assessment based on ISO 9001:2015 certification at TJT and identify factors that become obstacles in its implementation. The method used is risk assessment to measure the level of risk posed by the findings, classify the level of urgency, and provide recommendations for improvement. The results of the analysis and assessment show that there are various high, medium and low risk findings that require further control. The main barriers include lack of training on ISO 9001:2015 requirements and procedures, non-compliance with the standard, and lack of monitoring. The application of risk analysis helps to increase risk awareness, prioritize improvements, strengthen internal controls, reduce nonconformities, and encourage continuous monitoring to ensure that the quality management system remains relevant and effective in the face of change and new challenges.
