Abstract

Implementasi TOD diharapkan dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih menggunakan transportasi umum daripada transportasi pribadi karena kemudahan dan konektivitasnya dengan moda transportasi lainnya. Aksesibilitas memainkan peran penting dalam mencapai keberlanjutan transportasi dan menyediakan akses yang lebih adil terhadap kebutuhan sehari-hari dengan meningkatkan jumlah pengguna transportasi umum. Stasiun LRT Harjamukti adalah stasiun terminal dari jalur LRT Jabodebek yang terletak di Harjamukti, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur aksesibilitas di area sekitar Stasiun LRT Harjamukti menggunakan pendekatan Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). Pertama, variabel aksesibilitas dalam TOD diidentifikasi melalui analisis tinjauan literatur dan diberi peringkat menggunakan analisis IPA. Kemudian, teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan data dalam variabel-variabel tersebut, menggambarkan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Variabel yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah keterjalan kaki dan ramah pesepeda, transit dan konektivitas, serta pergeseran. Di antara variabel yang terdiri dari 13 parameter, parameter yang memenuhi standar adalah penyeberangan pejalan kaki dan pesepeda, pilihan transportasi umum, dan blok kecil. Sisanya, parameter tidak memenuhi kriteria sehingga harus ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas di Stasiun LRT Harjamukti. The implementation of TOD is expected to encourage people to use public transportation more than private transportation due to its ease, and connectivity to other transportation modes. Accessibility plays an important role in achieving transportation sustainability and providing more equitable access to everyday needs by increasing the number of public transportation users. Harjamukti LRT Station is the terminal station of the Jabodebek LRT line located in Harjamukti, Depok City. This research aims to measure accessibility in the surrounding area of the LRT Harjamukti Station using a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) approach. Firstly, the variables of accessibility in TOD are identified through a literature review analysis and ranked using IPA analysis. Then, descriptive analysis techniques are employed to describe the data in these variables, illustrating the actual conditions in the field. The variable resulted in this research is walkability and cyclist friendly, transit and connect, and shift. Among the variables that consists of 13 parameters, the parameters that met the standards are pedestrian and cyclist crossing, choice of public transit, and small blocks. The rest of the parameters does not meet the criteria yet, therefore it should have an improvement to increase the accessibility in LRT Harjamukti station.
