Abstract

Tujuan dari pekerjaan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan bot Discord untuk mengotomatiskan penandaan kehadiran di kelas virtual dan acara daring. Bot tersebut terintegrasi dengan Google Sheets untuk manajemen data waktu nyata dan menggunakan berbagai teknologi dan pustaka untuk memastikan fungsionalitas yang kuat. Hasil pekerjaan: Persyaratan dan desain proyek diidentifikasi, bot dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan, dan efektivitas bot dalam mengelola kehadiran dievaluasi. Bot tersebut berhasil mengurangi beban administratif pada pendidik dengan mengotomatiskan pelacakan kehadiran dan menyediakan catatan yang akurat.

The purpose of this work is to develop a Discord bot for automating attendance marking in virtual classrooms and online events. The bot integrates with Google Sheets for real-time data management and uses various technologies and libraries to ensure robust functionality. Work results: The project requirements and design were identified, the bot was developed and implemented, and the effectiveness of the bot in managing attendance was evaluated. The bot successfully reduces the administrative burden on educators by automating attendance tracking and providing accurate records.
