Abstract

Sebagai suatu kerangka kerja dalam menangani insiden keamanan, Tools Asesmen Penanganan Insiden V3.1 memiliki peran strategis sebagai sistem peringatan dini untuk menangani tantangan yang muncul seiring penerapan teknologi informasi di era siber. Tak hanya sekadar sebagai sumber informasi intelijen terbuka, kerangka kerja ini juga berfungsi sebagai alat pengukur kematangan manajemen insiden bagi organisasi dan perusahaan di Indonesia, termasuk CSIRT ITS (DPTSI). Lebih jauh, pemanfaatan framework ini memungkinkan evaluasi mendalam terhadap kapabilitas Indonesia dalam menangani insiden siber, yang menjadi semakin penting mengingat masih terbatasnya implementasi sistem manajemen insiden di banyak entitas di Indonesia. Kelemahan ini memberikan celah bagi penyerang untuk memanfaatkan kondisi tersebut dalam merancang insiden keamanan siber yang merugikan. Integrasi Cyber Security Maturity Tools dengan proses manajemen resiko yang dilakukan juga menjadi fokus utama dalam memperkuat respon terhadap insiden keamanan siber yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CSMT dan Tools Asssmen Penanganan Insiden mampu memberikan gambaran jelas terkait tingkat kematangan siber di CSIRT ITS (DPSTI). Perangkat ini membantu organisasi dalam memantau dan mengevaluasi kemajuan dalam meningkatkan keamanan siber secara berkelanjutan.

As a framework in handling security incidents, the Assessment and Incident Handling Tools V3.1 plays a strategic role as an early warning system to address challenges arising from the implementation of information technology in the cyber era. It not only serves as an open source of intelligence but also functions as a tool to measure the maturity of incident management for organizations and companies in Indonesia, including CSIRT ITS (DPTSI). Furthermore, the utilization of this framework enables a comprehensive evaluation of Indonesia's capabilities in handling cyber incidents, which is increasingly important considering the limited implementation of incident management systems in many entities across Indonesia. This vulnerability provides opportunities for attackers to exploit such conditions in designing detrimental cyber security incidents. In efforts to enhance the effectiveness of reponses to cyber threats, integration of Cyber Security Maturity Tools with its risk management processes is also a major focus in strengthening response to cybersecurity incidents. The result of this study show that the implementation of CSMT and the Assesment and Incident Handling Tools V3.1 is able to provide a clear picture of cyber maturity levels in CSIRT ITS (DPTSI). These framework help organization to identify and recommend improvements to improve incident handling maturity. The implementation of these frameworks also allows CSIRT ITS (DPTSI) to monitor and evaluate progress in continously improving cybersecurity.
