Abstract

Terakhir membuat time schedule untuk waktu perencanaan konstruksi.

The Directorate General of Highways applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) in toll road construction to increase production capacity and efficiency. This technology facilitates project planning, quantity calculations, volume calculations, equipment procurement, construction schedules, and cost estimates. References in this research work use Ir. A Soedrajat S, Analysis (modern way), PUPR Ministerial Regulation 28 of 2016, (PUPR Ministerial Regulation 8, 2023), PUPR Ministerial Regulation 1 of 2022 Reference Book for Contractors (PP), (Rochmanhadi) PU Department and previous research references. The calculations in this study were carried out using two calculation methods, namely the conventional method and the Autodesk Revit QTO method, then continued with productivity calculations, and time calculations with MS Project output to Autodesk Navisworks 2023 for BIM 4D, then the implementation budget plan (RAP) was calculated. Finally, make a time schedule for the construction planning time. From these two, a comparison will be made between the two methods that are more effective and efficient. Therefore, the results obtained with the conventional method in this study were a concrete volume of 864 m3 while the Autodesk Revit calculation method obtained 859 m3, so the difference between the two methods was 1.29%. For the volume of iron with conventional calculations obtained 139194 kg, while the Autodesk Revit calculation method obtained 131890, so the difference between the two methods was 5.35%. The method obtained an estimated cost of Rp 6,374,609,045 while using the Autodesk Revit calculation, the estimated cost was Rp 6,356,581,019. In calculating the duration of implementation, both the conventional method and the Autodesk Revit BIM method obtained the same duration of implementation, namely 130 days. From the calculation of the two methods, there is no significant difference between the conventional method and BIM Revit, because modeling with BIM Revit is done by exporting directly from AutoCAD to Revit, resulting in a small difference compared to conventional calculations. Autodesk Revit's advantages include an object-based approach that is close to reality, information integration for better decision-making, and automatic revisions that reduce revision and update time. In addition, Revit has a rendering feature for better visualization.
