Abstract

Data rekam medis merupakan data privasi yang tidak semua orang dapat mengaksesnya
dan sering kali kita tidak mengetahui siapa saja yang menggunakan data privasi kita yang
mungkin dapat disalahgunakan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, hal tersebut akan
menimbulkan kerugian bagi pemilik data. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk
meningkatkan privasi data adalah dengan metode digital envelope untuk data rekam medis.
Digital envelope merupakan pesan yang dienkripsi menggunakan kriptografi kunci rahasia dan
kunci rahasia terenkripsi. Digital envelope sering kali menggunakan kriptografi kunci public
untuk mengenkripsi kunci rahasia. Maka permasalah yang akan dibahas pada tugas akhir ini
adalah bagaimana cara pemakaian autorisasi data rekam medis yang ada dalam aplikasi mobile.
Tujuan dari Tugas akhir ini berdasarkan latar belakang dan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan
diatas adalah untuk mengetahui cara autorisasi pemakaian data rekam medis agar pasien dapat
mengetahui siapa saja yang menggunakan data rekam medis pasien tersebut.

Medical record data is private data that not everyone can access and often we don't know
who is using our private data which might be misused by irresponsible parties, this will cause
losses for the data owner. One solution that can be done to increase data privacy is the digital
envelope method for medical record data. A digital envelope is a message that is encrypted
using secret key cryptography and an encrypted secret key. Digital envelopes often use public
key cryptography to encrypt secret keys. So, the problem that will be discussed in this final
assignment is how to use the authorization of medical record data in the mobile application.
The aim of this final assignment, based on the background and problems explained above, is to
find out how to authorize the use of patient medical record data so that you can find out who
uses the patient's medical record data.
