Abstract
Kabupaten Klungkung, Bali merupakan salah satu daerah yang sering mengalami kekeringan pada saat musim kemarau sehingga terjadi kekurangan dan kesulitan air baku. Salah satu contoh kasus masalah yang terjadi pada warga di Kecamatan Dawan, Klungkung, Bali. Warga di wilayah tersebut hanya bisa mendapatkan air baku dari sumur tua di depan Pura Beji, tepatnya di perbatasan antara Desa Besan dan Desa Dawan, Klungkung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan perencanaan jaringan transmisi dan distribusi pemanfaatan air Embung Tukad Unda yang akan mensuplai air baku menuju Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA). Kemudian disalurkan kembali untuk kebutuhan air di beberapa daerah yaitu, Kecamatan Dawan, Kecamatan Banjarangkan dan Kecamatan Klungkung. Kapasitas embung dan ketersediaan air yang ada harus memenuhi kebutuhan air penduduk hingga 15 tahun yang akan datang. Dalam perencanaan ini, ketersediaan air yang ada perlu diketahui apakah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air dengan menganalisis neraca air pada Embung Tukad Unda sebelum merencanakan jaringan transmisi dan distribusi pemanfaatan air. Ketersediaan air dihitung berdasarkan debit inflow dari Sungai Tukad Unda yang ditangkap dan hujan yang jatuh diatas embung. Kebutuhan air dihitung sesuai kriteria berdasarkan proyeksi jumlah penduduk menggunakan metode yang koefisien korelasinya mendekati 1. Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan jaringan transmisi dan distribusi sesuai dengan prinsip dan kriteria perencanaan. Analisis perhitungan dilakukan secara manual dan menggunakan permodelan menggunakan aplikasi EPANET 2.2. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, jumlah ketersediaan air lebih besar dibandingkan kebutuhan air. Artinya ketersediaan air pada Embung Tukad Unda dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air hingga tahun 2039. Berdasarkan perhitungan manual dan permodelan dengan menggunakan software EPANET 2.2 pada jaringan pipaa transmisi dan distribusi telah diperoleh data jenis pipa, diameter pipa, kecepatan aliran pipa (velocity), kehilangan tekanan (Headloss) dan nilai tekanan (pressure) yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan.Total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan untuk Perencanaan Jaringan Transmisi dan Distribusi Pemanfaatan Air Embung Tukad Unda adalah sebesar Rp54,322,166,020 yang dibulatkan menjadi Rp55,000,000,000.

Klungkung Regency, Bali is one of the areas that often experiences drought during the dry season, resulting in shortages and difficulties in raw water. One example of a problem that occurred among residents in Dawan District, Klungkung, Bali. Residents in this area can only get raw water from the old well in front of Beji Temple, precisely on the border between Besan Village and Dawan Village, Klungkung. Based on this, it is necessary to plan the transmission and distribution network for the use of Tukad Unda Embung water which will supply raw water to the Water Treatment Plant (IPA). Then it is redistributed for water needs in several areas, namely, Dawan District, Banjarangkan District and Klungkung District. The reservoir capacity and water availability must meet the population's water needs for the next 15 years. In this planning, it is necessary to know whether the existing water availability can meet water needs by analyzing the water balance at the Tukad Unda Reservoir before planning the transmission and distribution network for water use. Water availability is calculated based on the inflow discharge from the captured Tukad Unda River and rain that falls on the reservoir. Water needs are calculated according to criteria based on population projections using a method with a correlation coefficient close to 1. The methods used in planning transmission and distribution networks are in accordance with planning principles and criteria. Calculation analysis was carried out manually and using modeling using the EPANET 2.2 application. Based on the results obtained, the amount of water availability is greater than the water demand. This means that the availability of water in the Tukad Unda Embung can meet water needs until 2039. Based on manual calculations and modeling using EPANET 2.2 software on the transmission and distribution pipeline network, data on pipe type, pipe diameter, pipe flow speed (velocity), pressure loss (Headloss) and pressure values in accordance with predetermined standards. The total planned budget (RAB) required for planning the transmission and distribution network for the use of the Tukad Unda Reservoir Water is IDR 54,322,166,020 which is rounded up to IDR 55,000,000,000.
