Abstract
Bendungan Jragung merupakan proyek dibawahi langsung oleh kementerian PUPR
melalui Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Pemali Juana, bendungan yang terletak di Desa
Candirejo, Kecamatan Pringapus, Kabupaten Semarang. Pembangunan bendungan jragung
dibangun untuk mewujudkan bendungan sebagai infrastruktur air. Bendungan jragung
diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber air baku, suplai aliran irigasi, mereduksi banjir area hilir
sebesar 45%, Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro, serta Pariwisata. Spillway atau
bangunan pelimpah merupakan salah satu komponen konstruksi bendungan yang berfungsi
untuk mengalirkan kelebihan air pada tampungan bendungan supaya tidak terjadi overtopping.
Pada proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menyusun metode pelaksanaan, menghitung waktu
pelaksanaan dan menghitung biaya pelaksanaan dalam pembangunan bangunan pelimpah
(Spillway) Bendungan Jragung. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah gambar kerja (DED),
spesifikasi teknis proyek, HSPK Kab. Semarang, dan data – data penunjang lainnya.
Penyusunan proyek akhir ini melibatkan identifikasi item pekerjaan, perhitungan volume, dan
produktivitas, dan kebutuhan pekerja. Dari pembahasan tersebut nantinya akan didapatkan
durasi dan rencana anggaran pelaksanaan. Dan dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan penjadwalan
proyek dengan menggunakan metode preseden diagram yang akan dikerjakan dengan
menggunakan program bantu Microsoft Project, setelah didapatkan total durasi dari Microsoft
Project didapatkan hasil berupa Kurva S.
Hasil analisa perhitungan dan pembahasan didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan alat berat yang
digunakan, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, durasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek, network planning, dan
Kurva S. Didapatkan durasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan bangunan pelimpah
(spillway) Bendungan Jragung selama 585 hari kalender dengan jam kerja efektif selama 7 jam
kerja dengan rencana anggaran pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 75,819,067,000.00.

The Jragung Dam is a project directly supervised by the PUPR ministry through the Pemali
Juana River Basin Center (BBWS), the dam is located in Candirejo Village, Pringapus District,
Semarang Regency. The construction of the Jragung Dam was built to realize the dam as water
infrastructure. It is hoped that the Jragung Dam can become a source of raw water, supply
irrigation flow, reduce flooding in downstream areas by 45%, generate micro-hydro power, and
tourism. The spillway or spillway building is one of the components of dam construction which
functions to drain excess water into the dam reservoir so that overtopping does not occur.
This final project aims to develop implementation methods, calculate implementation time
and calculate implementation costs in the construction of the Jragung Dam spillway. Data
collection carried out is working drawings (DED), project technical specifications, HSPK Kab.
Semarang, and other supporting data. Preparing this final project involves identifying work
items, calculating volume and productivity, and worker requirements. From this discussion, the
duration and budget plan for implementation will be obtained. And continue with the
preparation of project scheduling using the precedent diagram method which will be carried out
using the Microsoft Project support program. After obtaining the total duration of Microsoft
Project, the results are obtained in the form of an S Curve.
The results of the analysis of calculations and discussions showed that the number of heavy
equipment used, labor requirements, duration of project implementation time, network
planning, and the S Curve was obtained. The duration of the Jragung Dam spillway construction
project was 585 calendar days with effective working hours. for 7 working hours with a planned
implementation budget of Rp 75,819,067,000.00.
