Abstract
Although many countries today are actively developing technologies to explore the potential of renewable energy, the role of oil and natural gas globally remains significant. In Indonesia, however, the oil and gas industry face several challenges, including fluctuating global oil prices, declining production from mature fields, and technical issues leading to workplace accidents. Critical components such as the Free Water Knock Out (FWKO) Separator in plants can cause plant-wide failures if not properly maintained. Therefore, precise inspection and scheduling programs are essential to ensure equipment lifespan, personnel safety, and environmental preservation. Implementing Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methods, as defined by API 581, is crucial in this regard. Given the vast data volume in the oil and gas industry, Asset Integrity Management (AIM) plays a pivotal role in enhancing asset maintenance quality. This study focuses on developing a Web-Based Application for conducting RBI Analysis on pressure vessels. Prior RBI analysis conducted before designing the application revealed a risk volume of 2.15E-01 m²/yr for the shell section at RBI date, escalating to 4.66E+00 m²/yr at Plan date with a 10-year inspection interval, categorizing it from medium risk to medium high risk. Similarly, the head section showed a risk level of 1.58E-01 m²/yr at RBI Date, increasing to 2.04E+00 m²/yr, categorized as medium risk. Analysis indicates that the FWKO requires inspection before January 26, 2027. The utilization of this Web-Based Application is expected to facilitate the oil and gas sector in conducting RBI Analyses and improving asset management quality. Furthermore, it serves as a valuable educational tool in academic environments.
