Abstract

Salah satu akses untuk menuju bandar udara Juanda Sidoarjo adalah melalui jalan akses yang dimiliki oleh PT Angkasa Pura I. Jalan akses tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan terdampak akan kerusakan karena intensitas penggunaan kendaraan. Sehingga, diperlukan evaluasi dan pemeliharaan kondisi jalan tersebut. Penilaian kondisi jalan yang akan digunakan yaitu PCI (Pavement Condition Index). Metode PCI merupakan metode evaluasi berdasarkan inspeksi dan observasi yang dalam penilaian akhirnya menggunakan penilaian numerik dari 0 sampai 100 yang digunakan untuk menentukan kondisi dari bagian jalan yang disurvei. Metode PCI menggunakan grafik sesuai jenis kerusakan yang ada sehingga didapatkan persentase kerusakan serta tingkat kerusakan di tiap sampel yang diambil dari jalan yang di observasi tersebut. Langkah selanjutnya yaitu menentukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan yang tepat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa nilai PCI sebesar 80,7 yaitu Satisfactory atau memuaskan. Jenis-jenis kerusakan yang ada pada jalan yang telah di survei yaitu 46,15% Potholes dan 53,85% Alligator Cracking. Dengan kerusakan yang ada, pemeliharaan rutin dan perbaikan kerusakan menggunakan Patching perlu dilakukan. Anggaran biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan perbaikan kerusakan sebesar Rp36.838.000 (tiga puluh enam juta delapan ratus tiga puluh delapan ribu rupiah).

In order to get to the Juanda Airport Sidoarjo, one option is to access the route via road owned by PT. Angkasa Pura I. The access road itself does not rule out of the possibility of getting damaged. Thus, it is needed for evaluation and maintenance the condition of the access road. Evaluation method that is going to be used for the access road of Juanda Airport is PCI (Pavement Condition Index). Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is an evaluation method based on inspection and observation that, in the result, will be based on numerical value from 0 to 100 which will be used to determine the condition of the road that is getting inspected. PCI method uses graphics that depends on the type of the damage so that the damage percentage and the degree or level is obtained based on the observed road itself. After the level of the damage is obtained, the next step is determining the appropriate maintenance or repair based on the existing damage level. The result showed from the surveyed road, that PCI value is 80.7 which is Satisfactory. The type of road damages consists of 46.15% potholes and 53.85% alligator cracking. With the current damages and distress on the road, routine maintenance and patching as damage repair method is needed to be implemented. The budget estimation for damage repair and maintenance is amounting Rp36.838.000 (thirty-six million eight hundred and thirty-eight thousand rupiah).
