Abstract

Bendung merupakan salah satu bangunan yang menunjang irigasi. Pada Desa Jampes Kecamatan Loceret Kabupaten Nganjuk terdapat 94 Ha area persawahan yang sulit mendapatkan akses air bersih. Para petani mendapatkan air dari sumur sub-mersible yang menyebabkan harus mengeluarkan uang lebih untuk mengairi sawah. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu membangun bendung serta jaringan irigasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para petani. Pembangunan bendung diperlukan analisa hidrologi serta perencanaan hidrolika yang memperhatikan stabilitas bangunan bendung serta rencana anggaran biaya. Analisa hidrologi yang dilakukan meliputi perhitungan debit banjir rencana dengan periode ulang Q50 serta perhitungan debit andalan. Dilanjutkan dengan analisis hidrolika dengan diawali perencanaan saluran irigasi serta bangunan irigasi seperti box bagi, bangunan terjun, dan gorong-gorong. Perencanaan bangunan utama berupa bendung dan bangunan pelengkap bendung direncanakan empat model yaitu menggunakan mercu bulat dengan kolam olak bucket, mercu ogee dengan kolam olak bucket, mercu bulat dengan kolam olak ambang ujung dan mercu ogee dengan kolam olak ambang ujung. Dari empat model tersebut dianalisa stabilitas bangunan utama dengan dua kondisi yaitu debit normal dan debit banjir. Untuk penentuan model bendung yang paling efektif maka diperlukan analisa rencana anggaran biaya. Bendung dengan rencana anggaran biaya paling ekonomis serta memenuhi syarat stabilitas yang akan dipilih. Analisa yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan debit dengan periode Q50 sebesar 96,841 m3/s. Pada analisa hidrolika bangunan utama disimpulkan bahwa desain bendung dengan mercu ogee, kolam olak tipe bucket, tinggi 2,5 m, dan tinggi air di atas bendung 1,7 m yang paling efektif dari keempat alternatif. Pada kondisi debit normal safety factor (SF) sebesar 1,98, safety factor (SF) geser sebesar 1,62, dan safety factor (SF) rembesan sebesar 5,31. Sedangkam pada kondisi debit banjir memiliki safety factor (SF) sebesar 1,46, SF geser sebesar 1,77, dan safety factor (SF) rembesan sebesar 3,38. Hasil analisis rencana anggaran biaya yang didapatkan sebesar Rp. 3.864.596.855.

The dam is one of the buildings that supports irrigation. In Jampes Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency, there are 94 hectares of rice fields that are difficult to access clean water. Farmers get water from sub-mersible wells which cause them to have to spend more money to irrigate the rice fields. The solution that can be done is to build a dam and irrigation network to meet the needs of farmers. The construction of the dam requires hydrological analysis and hydraulic planning that pays attention to the stability of the dam building and the cost budget plan. The hydrological analysis carried out includes the calculation of planned flood discharge with a Q50 re-period and the calculation of mainstay discharge. Followed by hydraulic analysis by starting with the planning of irrigation canals and irrigation buildings such as box bags, waterfall buildings, and culverts. The planning of the main building in the form of a weir and a weir complementary building is planned in four models, namely using a round landmark with a bucket pool, an ogee landmark with a bucket pond, a round landmark with an end threshold pond and an ogee landmark with an end threshold pool. Of the four models, the stability of the main building was analyzed with two conditions, namely normal discharge and flood discharge. To determine the most effective dam model, an analysis of the cost budget plan is needed. The dam with the most economical cost budget plan and meeting the stability requirements will be selected. The analysis that has been carried out has resulted in a discharge with a Q50 period of 96,841 m3/s. In the hydraulic analysis of the main building, it was concluded that the design of the weir that has an ogee landmark and a bucket pond will be used in the planning. The dam has a dam height of 2.5m with a water height of 1.7m above the dam. Under normal discharge conditions, it has an SF of 1.98, a shear SF of 1.62, and a seepage SF of 5.31. Meanwhile, in flood discharge conditions, it has an SF of 1.46, a shear SF of 1.77, and a seepage SF of 3.38. The results of the analysis of the cost budget plan obtained amounted to Rp. 3,864,596,855
