Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja di galangan kapal PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). Industri galangan kapal memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan pertahanan negara, namun juga menjadi sumber utama risiko kecelakaan kerja. Tingginya kompleksitas pekerjaan dan penggunaan alat berat meningkatkan potensi bahaya yang mengancam keselamatan pekerja.
Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, kuesioner, dan wawancara dengan divisi QHSE perusahaan. Analisis HIRARC mengidentifikasi 140 potensi risiko yang diklasifikasikan menjadi empat tingkat: rendah (38%), sedang (49%), dan tinggi (14%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran keselamatan di kalangan tenaga kerja, khususnya tenaga outsourcing, masih kurang. Selain itu, risiko khusus di ruang terbatas seperti tangki juga memerlukan perhatian lebih.
Penelitian ini penting karena memberikan gambaran mendetail tentang kondisi keselamatan kerja di industri galangan kapal dan memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat mengurangi potensi bahaya. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berfokus pada peningkatan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan penerapan prosedur keselamatan yang lebih ketat. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan kerja dan mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan di galangan kapal.

Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia using the HIRARC method (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). The shipbuilding industry plays a crucial role in economic development and national defense, but it is also a major source of occupational accident risks. The high complexity of the work and the use of heavy equipment increase the potential hazards that threaten worker safety.
The research data were collected through direct observation, questionnaires, and interviews with the company's QHSE division. The HIRARC analysis identified 140 potential risks, classified into four levels: low (38%), moderate (49%), and high (14%). These results indicate that safety awareness among workers, particularly outsourced labor, is still lacking. Additionally, specific risks in confined spaces such as tanks require more attention.
This research is important as it provides a detailed overview of workplace safety conditions in the shipbuilding industry and offers recommendations to reduce potential hazards. The recommendations focus on increasing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and implementing stricter safety procedures. Therefore, it is expected to improve workplace safety and reduce the accident rate in shipyards.
