Abstract

Kota Surabaya mengalami peningkatan lalu lintas dan emisi karbon sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan perkotaan yang pesat. Proyek "Terminal Bus dengan Konsep Low Carbon dan Intelligent Building" menjadi sangat relevan dalam upaya mengatasi masalah ini. Terminal bus adalah bagian penting dari sistem transportasi perkotaan, dan mengubahnya menjadi bangunan yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan dapat memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat setempat dan lingkungan. Permasalahan utama dalam perancangan ini adalah bagaimana menciptakan terminal bus yang mengintegrasikan konsep rendah emisi dan bangunan cerdas untuk mengurangi emisi karbon, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan meningkatkan konsep keberlanjutan di Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan perancangan ini mencakup integrasi desain
berkelanjutan yang komprehensif dengan penekanan pada prinsip economy of resource, rancangan ini akan memaksimalkan efisiensi energi dengan merancang seluruh bangunan dengan mengoptimalkan bahan-bahan ramah lingkungan dan teknologi yang memungkinkan penggunaan daya yang hemat energi. Selain itu, konsep "Intelligent Building" akan
memungkinkan pengelolaan terminal yang lebih efisien dan nyaman bagi pengguna. Sedangkan metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode sistematik design dengan
membuat program permasalahan, mengumpulkan data-data juga teori untuk mendukung perancangan Terminal Bus Osowilangun,
menganalisis, mensintesis, hingga mengkomunikasikan perancangan Terminal Bus Osowilangun. Proyek "Terminal Bus dengan Konsep Low carbon dan Intelligent Building" ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk terminal bus berkelanjutan khususnya di Indonesia, menginspirasi pembangunan berkelanjutan dan pengurangan emisi karbon dalam konteks perkotaan yang terus berkembang.

Surabaya City is experiencing increasing traffic and carbon emissions as a result of rapid urban growth. The project "Bus Terminal with Low carbon and Intelligent Building Concept" becomes very relevant in an effort to address this issue. The bus terminal is an important part of the urban transportation sistem, and transforming it into an environmentally friendly and sustainable building can provide great benefits to the local community and the environment. The main problem in this design is how to create a bus terminal that integrates the concepts of
low carbon and intelligent Building to reduce carbon emissions, improve operational efficiency, and improve sustainable concept in Surabaya City. The design approach includes a comprehensive integration of Sustainable Design with an emphasis on the principle of economy of resources, the design will maximize energy efficiency by designing the entire building to optimize environmentally friendly materials. and technologies that enable energy-efficient
power usage. In addition, the concept of "Intelligent Building" will enable more efficient and comfortable terminal management for users. While the design method used is using the sistematic design method by creating a problem program, collecting data as well as theories to
support the design of the Osowilangun Bus Terminal, analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating the design of the Osowilangun Bus Terminal. The "Bus Terminal with Low carbon and Intelligent Building Concept" project is expected to become a model for sustainable bus terminals, especially in Indonesia, inspiring sustainable development and reducing carbon emissions in an ever-growing urban context.
