Abstract
Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya faktor internal sumber daya manusia dalam mempengaruhi intention to use technology pada UMKM di Jember. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik dapat berkontribusi terhadap penggunaan teknologi, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan produktivitas UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana berbagai faktor internal, seperti entrepreneurial self-efficacy efficacy, entrepreneurial Leadership, performance expectancy, facilitating condition, dan entrepreneurial innovative behaviour sebagai mediator, mempengaruhi intention to use technology dalam proses bisnis. Denganpmenggunakan pendekatanpkuantitatif, data=primer dikumpulkan=melalui penyebaran/kuesioner kepada pemilik UMKM di Jember. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan.metode Partial,Least Square-Structural’Equation,Modelling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat;lunak SmartPLS\untuk diuji hipotesisnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan bagi pemilik dan manajemen UMKM untuk mengembangkanmstrategi yang lebih=efektif dalam meningkatkan penggunaan6teknologi melalui pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Dari hasil0penelitian yang dilakukan8variabel yang berpengaruh7terhadap intention to use technology adalah pada pemilik UMKM Jember adalah entrepreneurial self-efficacy, performance expectancy, facilitating condition, dan entrepreneurial innovative behaviour.

This study highlights thepsignificance of internal human,resource factors.in influencing/the intention topuse technology among MSMEs in.Jember. Effective human resource management can substantially contribute to technology use, which, in turn, enhances the competitiveness and productivity of MSMEs. The objectivelofpthis research is to evaluate how.various internal.factors, such as employees' knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards technology, affect their intention to use and use technology in business processes. Using a quantitative approach, primary datapwere collected through a.questionnaire distributed. to MSMEs Owner in Jember. The data.were then .analyzed using Partial.Least.Square - Structural.Equation.Modelling (PLS.- SEM) via SmartPLS/software. This study is.expected to provide.insights for MSME owners and management to develop more effective strategies to promote technology useion through human resource management. From. the results. of research. conducted, the variables. that influence. intention to puse technology for Jember MSME owners are entrepreneurial self-efficacy, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and entrepreneurial innovative behavior.
