Abstract

Laporan ini memaparkan hasil magang industri di PT Panasonic Gobel Life Solutions Manufacturing Indonesia. Kegiatan magang difokuskan pada pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan boiler type EI-1000GS Z-MIURA yang memiliki output setara 1000 Kg/H. Proses magang meliputi pengamatan, wawancara dengan karyawan, dan studi literatur. Sistem operasional steam turbine di perusahaan ini melibatkan tahapan starting steam boiler, mematikan steam turbine dalam kondisi normal maupun darurat, serta proses switching steam antara boiler dan reaktor boiler. Laporan ini menekankan pentingnya pengoperasian dan perawatan yang baik serta sesuai standar (SOP, Manual Book, Pedoman) untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi boiler. Perawatan rutin yang sesuai dengan standar akan memperpanjang umur pemakaian dan mengurangi biaya produksi serta risiko kecelakaan kerja

This report presents the results of an industrial internship at PT Panasonic Gobel Life Solutions Manufacturing Indonesia. The internship focused on the operation and maintenance of the EI-1000GS Z-MIURA type boiler, which has an equivalent output of 1000 Kg/H. The internship activities included observation, interviews with employees, and literature study. The operational system of the steam turbine in this company involves the stages of starting the steam boiler, shutting down the steam turbine in both normal and emergency conditions, and switching steam between the boiler and the reactor boiler. This report emphasizes the importance of proper operation and maintenance in accordance with standards (SOP, Manual Book, Guidelines) to enhance the safety and efficiency of the boiler. Routine maintenance following the standards can extend the lifespan of the equipment, reduce production costs, and minimize the risk of workplace accidents
