Abstract
PT Telkom Indonesia sebagai perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara berkewajiban untuk melaksanakan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) sesuai dengan UU No 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Terdapat dua program utama, yaitu Program Pendanaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (PUMK) dan Program Pemberdayaan Sosial Ekonomi dan Lingkungan (PSEL). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bantarjaya, Ranca Bungur, Kabupaten Bogor khususnya di Kampung Bantar Kambing, karena desa tersebut merupakan desa binaan Telkom dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi implementasi program TJSL, dampak, dan keberhasilan program menggunakan analisis sustainability compass. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program TJSL oleh PT. Telkom Indonesia tidak hanya mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif signifikan bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Program PUMK memberikan pinjaman modal usaha yang membantu UMKM berkembang secara berkelanjutan tanpa beban cicilan. Sementara itu, program PSEL menyediakan fasilitas umum yang lebih optimal, terutama akses air bersih. Analisis Sustainability Compass menunjukkan bahwa program TJSL PT. Telkom Indonesia berjalan dengan baik dan berkelanjutan, khususnya pada Kampung Bantar Kambing. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan evaluasi untuk keberhasilan program TJSL yang dilakukan suatu perusahaan.

PT Telkom Indonesia as a State-Owned Enterprise is obliged to implement Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. There are two main programs, namely the Micro and Small Business Funding Program (PUMK) and the Socio-Economic and Environmental Empowerment Program (PSEL). This research was conducted in Bantarjaya Village, Ranca Bungur, Bogor District, especially in Bantar Kambing Village, because the village is a Telkom-assisted village with the aim of improving the welfare of the village community. The purpose of the research is to identify the implementation of the CSR program, the impact, and the success of the program using sustainability compass analysis. The method used was a qualitative method. The results showed that the implementation of the TJSL program by PT Telkom Indonesia not only complied with applicable regulations but also had a significant positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment. The PUMK program provides business capital loans that help UMKMs develop sustainably without the burden of installments. Meanwhile, the PSEL program provides more optimal public facilities, especially access to clean water. Sustainability Compass analysis shows that PT Telkom Indonesia's TJSL program is running well and is sustainable, especially in Bantar Kambing Village.
