Abstract

KUD XY Pasuruan merupakan salah satu perusahaan di Jawa Timur yang memiliki karyawan difabel lebih dari dua persen. Hal tersebut melebihi ketentuan minimal yang diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi manajemen dan rekan kerja dalam penerimaan diri karyawan difabel, serta mengetahui persepsi difabel terhadap dukungan lingkungan kerja di KUD XY Pasuruan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui hasil observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan KUD XY Pasuruan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi untuk mendukung pekerja difabel. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam memahami dan menerapkan praktik inklusif, perusahaan mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keberagaman. (2) Rekan kerja menunjukkan pemahaman dan respon yang positif terhadap penerimaan difabel di tempat kerja, yang mendorong suasana kerja membentuk sikap saling mendukung dan tolong menolong. (3) Produktivitas pekerja difabel menunjukkan bahwa difabel memiliki kinerja yang memuaskan, memenuhi target, dan memenuhi standar yang diharapkan. Akomodasi yang layak dari perusahaan mendorong tingginya produktivitas pekerja difabel. (4) Dukungan manajemen terhadap difabel membantu menghilangkan hambatan yang dialami difabel di tempat kerja dan meningkatkan loyalitas pekerja difabel pada perusahaan. (5) Dukungan positif rekan kerja terhadap difabel, membantu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan suportif. (6) Dinamika pekerja difabel di tempat kerja menunjukkan adanya upaya untuk mengurangi stigma negatif mengenai dirinya dengan membangun identitas positif di tempat kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keberagaman yang efektif dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih adil dan mendukung. Hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan dengan memaksimalkan potensi setiap individu.

KUD XY Pasuruan is one of the companies in East Java that has more than two percent disabled employees. This exceeds the minimum provisions stipulated in the legislation. This research aims to find out how the perceptions of management and co-workers in the self-acceptance of employees with disabilities, and to know the difable perceptions of work environment support at KUD XY Pasuruan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed (1) The results showed that the company KUD XY Pasuruan has a high commitment to support workers with disabilities. Despite challenges in understanding and implementing inclusive practices, the company is able to create a work environment that supports diversity. (2) Co-workers show understanding and positive responses to the acceptance of people with disabilities in the workplace, which encourages a work atmosphere of mutual support and helpful behavior. (3) The productivity of difable workers shows that difables have fulfilling performance, are on target, and achieve the expected standards. Proper accommodation from the company encourages the high productivity of difable workers. (4) Management support for difables helps eliminate the barriers experienced by difables in the workplace and increases the loyalty of difable workers to the company. (5) Co-workers' positive support for people with disabilities helps to create an inclusive and supportive work environment. (6) The dynamics of workers with disabilities in the workplace show an effort to reduce negative stigma about themselves by building a positive identity in the workplace. The results show that effective diversity management can create a fairer and supportive work environment. This contributes to increasing the overall performance of the company by maximizing the potential of each individual.
