Abstract

Mesin diesel memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk memberikan performa yang lebih optimal Dimana dengan melakukan modifikasi beberapa komponen dari mesin akan menghasilkan performa yang lebih maksimal,penelitian kali ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis perubahan performa dari mesin diesel Ketika dilakukan perubahan diameter pada intake manifold dan juga gas buang(exhaust).untuk melihat performa mesin diesel dilakukan dalam 3 tahap dengan kondisi yang berbeda dengan menggunakan dynamo meter/dynotest, pada tahap 1 didapatkan power maksimal sebesar 78,2 HP pada rpm 3400 dan torsi 201,1 pada rpm 2500,pada tahap 2 yaitu sudah dilakukan modifikasi intake dan melakukan remapping ecu didapat top performance dengan power 129,7 pada rpm 3650 dan torsi sebesar 381,3 pada rpm 2350, Dan yang terakhir adalah tahap 3 dimana sudah melakukan modifikasi exhaust,intake,dan juga remapping pada mesin diesel didapat data top performance dengan power 196,3 pada rpm 2500 dan torsi sebesar 565 Nm pada rpm 2400.

Diesel engines have a huge potential to provide more optimal performance Where by replacing some components of the engine will produce maximum performance, this research was conducted to analyze changes in the performance of diesel engines when changes are made in the diameter of the intake manifold and also exhaust gases (exhaust).To see the performance of the diesel engine is carried out in 3 stages with different conditions using a dynamo meter/dynotet, in stage 1 a maximum power of 78.2 HP is obtained at 3400 rpm and a torque of 201.1 at 2500 rpm, in stage 2 the intake has been replaced and the ECU remapping is obtained top performance with a power of 129.7 at rpm 3650 and a torque of 381.3 at 2350 rpm, And the last is stage 3 where the exhaust, intake, and also remapping of the diesel engine have been replaced with top performance data with a power of 196.3 at 2500 rpm and a torque of 565 Nm at 2400 rpm
