Abstract
Perusahaan kosmetik memiliki pangsa pasar yang sangat potensial, namun tata letak pabrik saat ini menimbulkan kendala dalam pemenuhan pesanan. Namun dengan bertambahnya jumlah jenis produk, maka perusahaan akan melakukanperluasan pabrik sehingga perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang padalantai produksi agar mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan produksi dengan jenis dan jumlah varian produk yang lebih bervariasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi tata letak yang tepat dan efisien serta terintegrasi dari proses penimbangan bahan baku sampai proses pengemasan sekunder serta memenuhi standar peraturan keamanan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodeSystematic Layout Planning (SLP), dengan beberapa alat yang digunakan antara lain Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), dengan memperhatikan standar regulasi Good Manufacturing Practices. Alternatif tataletak kedua dipilih menjadi tata letak terbaik berdasarkan total jarak pergerakan material 12 meter dan efisiensi penggunaan tenaga kerja dalam satu line produksi sebesar Rp 45.252.790 per bulan. Alternatif tata letak kedua menambah luas area produksi dari 1.296 m2 menjadi 1.944 m2.

Cosmetics companies have a very potential market share, but the current factory layout creates obstacles in fulfilling orders. However, with the increase in the number of product types, the company will expand the factory so that the production floor needs to be redesigned to be able to accommodate production needs with a more varied type and number of product variants to meet customer needs. This
research aims to provide recommendations for an appropriate and efficient layout that is integrated from the raw material weighing process to the secondary packaging process and meets product safety regulatory standards. This research
uses the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method, with several tools used including the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), taking into account Good Manufacturing Practices regulatory standards. The second layout alternative was chosen to be the best layout based on a total material movement distance of 12 meters and efficient use of labor in one production line of IDR 45,252,790 per month. The second layout alternative
increases the production area from 1,296 m2 to 1,944 m2.
