Abstract
Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) merupakan wujud kepedulian perusahaan terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan di wilayah operasionalnya. PT PLN Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali (UIT JBM) mengimplementasikan program PLN Peduli sebagai bagian dari pengembangan UMK dalam tema program TJSL-nya. Salah satu penerima manfaat dari program ini adalah Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Barsah, yang berfokus pada produksi olahan pisang di Desa Patemon, Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Meskipun memiliki potensi ekonomi, KUB Barsah menghadapi keterbatasan modal, proses produksi sederhana yang mengandalkan cuaca, serta kendala dalam branding produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi dan implementasi program TJSL PT PLN UIT JBM serta dampak ekonominya bagi KUB Barsah dan masyarakat Desa Patemon. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi dan implementasi program TJSL PLN Peduli, seperti peningkatan sarana produksi, peningkatan branding produk, dan pembangunan area workshop ini berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas usaha, peningkatan pendapatan KUB Barsah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, aspek penyerapan tenaga kerja masih terbatas dan hanya dirasakan oleh sebagian kecil masyarakat.

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is a form of corporate concern for the community and the environment in its operational area. PT PLN East Java and Bali Transmission Unit (UIT JBM) implements the PLN Peduli program as part of MSE development within the theme of its CSR program. One of the beneficiaries of this program is the Barsah Joint Business Group (KUB), which focuses on the production of processed bananas in Patemon Village, Probolinggo, East Java. Despite its economic potential, KUB Barsah faces limited capital, a simple production process that relies on the weather, and constraints in product branding. This study aims to examine the strategy and implementation of PT PLN UIT JBM's CSR program and its economic impact on KUB Barsah and the Patemon Village community. The method used was descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the strategy and implementation of the PLN Peduli CSR program, such as improving production facilities, improving product branding, and building a workshop area, had a positive impact on business productivity, increasing KUB Barsah's income and employment. However, the aspect of employment is still limited and only felt by a small portion of the community.
