Abstract

Proyek pembangunan breakwater ini terletak di area Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Brondong tepatnya di Kecamatan Brondong, Kabupaten Lamongan. Pemilik proyek ini adalah Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) melalui Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Bengawan Solo. Pembangunan breakwater ini dibangun untuk menjaga tinggi gelombang yang berada di dalam kolam pelabuhan tetap tenang, sehingga kapal nelayan dan aktifitas bongkar muat dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Dalam penyusunan proyek akhir ini terlebih dahulu mengumpulkan data seperti gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, serta data lainnya. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul, dilakukan analisa dan pengolahan untuk mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan, metode pelaksanaan, perancangan model 3D, perhitungan volume dengan menggunakan metode konvensional maupun metode BIM dan perhitungan produktivitas tiap item pekerjaannya. Sehingga dari analisa dan perhitungan tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan durasi dan biaya konstruksi. Penyusunan penjadwalan proyek menggunakan program bantu Microsoft Project hingga mendapatkan hasil akhir Kurva S. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perhitungan dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa perhitungan quantity take-off menggunakan BIM dengan tools Autodesk Revit menghasilkan perbedaan volume yang menyebabkan adanya perbedaan biaya dan waktu dibandingkan dengan perhitungan volume metode konvensional. Didapatkan waktu 340 hari kerja dan biaya sebesar Rp. 83,045,400,625 untuk perhitungan volume metode konvensional. Sedangkan perhitungan volume dengan metode BIM mendapatkan waktu 332 hari kerja dan biaya sebesar Rp. 82,837,098,012

This breakwater construction project is located in the Brondong Nusantara Fisheries Port area, precisely in Brondong District, Lamongan Regency. The owner of this project is the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Bengawan Solo River Basin Center (BBWS). The construction of this breakwater was built to keep the wave height in the harbor pool calm, so that fishing boats and loading and unloading activities can run smoothly. In preparing this final project, data such as working drawings, technical specifications, and other data were first collected. Based on the data collected, analysis and processing were carried out to identify work items, implementation methods, 3D model design, volume calculations using conventional methods and BIM methods and productivity calculations for each work item. So that the analysis and calculations are used to determine the duration and cost of construction. The preparation of the project schedule uses the Microsoft Project assistance program to obtain the final result of the S Curve. Based on the results of the analysis and calculations in this study, it was found that the calculation of quantity take-off using BIM with Autodesk Revit tools resulted in a difference in volume which caused a difference in cost and time compared to the calculation of the volume of the conventional method. It took 340 working days and a cost of Rp. 83,045,400,625 for the conventional method volume calculation. While the volume calculation with the BIM method took 332 working days and a cost of Rp. 82,837,098,012
