Abstract

Perkembangan industri membuat perusahaan memerlukan pertukaran pengetahuan yang efektif antar karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan inovasi. Namun, dinamika knowledge sharing seringkali dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sosial termasuk pada aspek gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gender dalam kegiatan knowledge sharing di PT. Reckitt Indonesia - Cileungsi Factory dengan fokus pada identifikasi perbedaan dalam akses, partisipasi, kontrol, dan manfaat knowledge sharing antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang akan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terkait praktik knowledge sharing di perusahaan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah praktik knowledge sharing di PT Reckitt Indonesia - Cileungsi Factory memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas dan inovasi di tempat kerja dan dapat mengintegrasikan knowledge sharing ke dalam budaya perusahaan dan proses operasional mereka sehingga mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang mendorong kolaborasi dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Analisis gender dalam kegiatan knowledge sharing menggunakan kerangka APKM menunjukkan bahwa antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki tingkat akses, partisipasi dan manfaat yang sama dalam kegiatan knowledge sharing ini, tetapi terdapat sedikit perbedaan dengan tingkat kontrol dimana karyawan laki-laki cenderung memiliki kontrol lebih tinggi kegiatan knowledge sharing yang ada di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan knowledge sharing yang lebih inklusif dan berkeadilan gender sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman faktor gender dalam dinamika knowledge sharing di lingkungan kerja dan menjadi dasar untuk perbaikan dalam praktik knowledge sharing di perusahaan.

Industrial developments mean that companies need effective knowledge exchange between employees in order to increase productivity and innovation. However, the dynamics of knowledge sharing are often influenced by social factors including gender aspects. This research aims to analyze the role of gender in knowledge sharing activities at PT. Reckitt Indonesia - Cileungsi Factory with a focus on identifying differences in access, participation, control and benefits of knowledge sharing between male and female employees. The research method used is qualitative which will be collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations related to knowledge sharing practices in companies. The results obtained are that knowledge sharing practices at PT Reckitt Indonesia - Cileungsi Factory have a significant impact on productivity and innovation in the workplace and can integrate knowledge sharing into their company culture and operational processes so as to create an environment that encourages collaboration and continuous learning. Gender analysis in knowledge sharing activities using the APKM framework shows that male and female employees have the same level of access, participation and benefits in this knowledge sharing activity, but there is a slight difference in the level of control where male employees tend to have higher control. knowledge sharing activities in the company. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide useful insights for companies in designing knowledge sharing policies that are more inclusive and gender equitable so that they can contribute to the understanding of gender factors in the dynamics of knowledge sharing in the work environment and become the basis for improvements in knowledge sharing practices in companies.
