Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi kondisi gas turbin generator di Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) PT. SIPL GRESIK. Turbin gas merupakan perangkat penting yang banyak digunakan dalam dunia industri, umumnya bagi industri pembangkit tenaga listrik dan industri minyak dan gas. Turbin gas merupakan sistem yang sangat kompleks yang memerlukan teknik kontrol canggih untuk memastikan kontrol yang tepat terhadap parameter operasinya. Pengembangan sistem kontrol turbin gas cukup penting dalam industri minyak dan gas. Hal ini dilakukan agar turbin gas dapat digunakan dengan baik untuk operasional industri. Turbin gas merupakan mesin penggerak fluida dengan memanfaatkan gas sebagai fluida kerja. Dalam analsisa dan monitoring dengan ini menjelaskan bahwa dalam parameter data yang diambil dari bulan januari 2023 sampai dengan januari 2024 termasuk dalam kisaran yang diperbolehkan. Dan dalam data tersebut tidak ada penyimpangan kondisi yang didapat melalui Insight System

In this research, an evaluation of the condition of the gas turbine generator at the Onshore Processing Facility (OPF) of PT was carried out. SIPL GRESIK. Gas turbines are important devices that are widely used in the industrial world, generally for the power generation industry and the oil and gas industry. Gas turbines are highly complex systems that require advanced control techniques to ensure precise control of their operating parameters. The development of gas turbine control systems is quite important in the oil and gas industry. This is done so that the gas turbine can be used properly for industrial operations. A gas turbine is a fluid-driven machine that uses gas as a working fluid. In the analysis and monitoring, it is hereby explained that the data parameters taken from January 2023 to January 2024 are within the permitted range. And in this data there are no deviations from the conditions obtained through the Insight System.
