Abstract

Fluktuasi jumlah penduduk dalam masyarakat merupakan hal yang umum terjadi setiap tahunnya.Seiring berjalannya waktu, penduduk yang ada di Kabupaten Purworejo sewaktu-waktu mengalami penurunan tiap tahunnya yang disebabkan salah satunya, yaitu penduduk miskin. Penduduk miskin yang ada di Kabupaten Purworejo sewaktu-waktu akan menyebabkan kualitas penduduk yang ada di Kabupaten Purworejo makin
memburuk. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah estimasi dari dua kondisi tersebut supaya bisa melihat perkembangan penduduk dan penduduk miskin di masa yang akan mendatang. Pada estimasi ini, dilakukan dengan menggunakan data penduduk dan data penduduk miskin (Ni) yang digunakan untuk mencari nilai fi dan dilanjut dengan metode Milne-Simpson dan metode Hamming untutk mencari solusi lanjutan
pada hampiran. Setelah ditemukan nilai hampiran dari metode Hamming dan metode Milne-Simpson, langkah selanjutnya mencari perbandingan nilai tingkat keakuratan dari dua metode tersebut. Tingkat keakuratan yang dimaksud ialah Galat. Terdapat daya tampung(carrying capacity) untuk penduduk miskin ialah 250, 000, 300, 000, dan
350, 000 jiwa dan untuk penduduk 900, 000, 950, 000, dan 1, 000, 000 jiwa. Hasil yang didapat ialah untuk penduduk pada Milne-Simpson dan Hamming berturut-turut 4.13, 3.93, 3.88 dan 3.79, 3.56, 3.52, sedangkan untuk penduduk miskin pada Milne-Simpson dan Hamming didapatkan berturut-turut 7.14, 7.03, 6.97 dan 8.54, 8.44, 8.43. Oleh karena itu,Estimasi yang didapat untuk penduduk mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan
pada dua metode tersebut dan kemiskinan yang didapat mengalami penurunan pada metode Milne-Simpson dan pada metode Hamming mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan
tiap tahunnya di masa mendatang. Oleh sebab itu, kualitas penduduk mengalami ketidakkonsisten terhadap penduduk miskin.

Fluctuations in population numbers within a community are common occurrences each year. Over time, the population in Purworejo Regency may experience annual decreases, one of the contributing factors being the poor population. The presence of a poor population in Purworejo Regency can occasionally lead to a decline in the overall quality of the population. Therefore, an estimation of these two conditions is needed to observe future developments in the general population and the poor population.(Ni) used to find the value fi with the Milne Simpson method and Hamming method, not to mention finding further solutions for the approximation. After the approximate values are found using the Hamming method and the Milne Simpson method, the next step is to compare the accuracy levels of the two methods. The accuracy level in question is Galat. There’s also a carrying capacity that for poor people is 250, 000, 300, 000, and 350, 000 people and also for resident is 900, 000, 950, 000, and 1, 000, 000 people. The result obtained for the total population using the Milne- Simpson and Hamming methods are 4.13, 3.93, 3.88 and 3.79, 3.56, 3.52. respectively, while for the poor population using the Milne-Simpson and Hamming methods, the results are 7.14, 7.03, 6.97 and 8.54, 8.44, 8.43. respectively. Therefore, the estimates obtained for the total population show increases and decreases using both methods, and for the poor population, there is a decrease using the Milne-Simpson method and both an increase and decrease using the Hamming method each year in the future. Consequently, the quality of the population experiences inconsistency concerning the poor population.
