Abstract

Perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu menyediakan produk secara berkualitas dengan harga yang kompetitif agar bisa bertahan dan dapat unggul dalam persaingan. Perusahaan perlu melakukan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk dapat melakukan inovasi dan menciptakan keunggulan dalam bersaing. Suplier merupakan aktor penting sebagai penyedia sumber daya yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan secara tepat, cepat, unggul dan efisien sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan rantai pasok dengan baik. Perusahaan harus mampu melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier secara tepat karena hal ini menjadi kunci keberhasilan dari SCM. Obyek penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan PT. Smelting Indonesia. Dimana perusahaan ini mengalami beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan ketidakstabilan pasokan serbuk silika sebagai bahan penurun bijih tembaga seperti tidak terpenuhinya kuantitas pemesanan, keterlambatan, perubahan harga dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kriteria yang tepat terkait kinerja supplier dengan metode SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) dan ANP di perusahaan yang diteliti. Dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa Production schedule dan Material Planning sangat penting dalam proses pengadaan material. Dari penelitian juga terlihat bahwa kecepatan delivery serta sumber yang sustain menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam pemilihan pemasok.

Companies must be able to provide quality products at relatively competitive prices to survive and excel in competition. Companies need to collaborate with various parties to innovate and create competitive advantages. Suppliers are essential parties as providers of resources that companies need precisely, quickly, and efficiently, so good supply chain management is required. Companies must be able to assess supplier performance appropriately because this is the key to the success of successful SCM. The object of this research was carried out at the PT. Smelting in Gresik. The company experienced several problems related to instability in the coal supply as an energy source for refining copper ore, such as non-fulfillment of order quantities, delays, price changes, etc. This research aims to identify appropriate criteria related to supplier performance using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) and ANP methods in the companies studied. This research indicate that Production Schedule and Material Planning are very important in the material procurement process. From this research it can also be seen that the speed of delivery and sustainability of the sources are the main considerations in selecting suppliers.
