Abstract

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat vibrasi pada peralatan kritis di PT Semen Gresik serta mengidentifikasi penyebab utama terjadinya vibrasi. Metode pengukuran vibrasi menggunakan accelerometer dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software khusus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa vibrasi yang terjadi disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan rotor, misalignment, dan kerusakan bantalan. Vibrasi yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada peralatan, meningkatkan biaya perawatan, dan menurunkan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengurangi tingkat vibrasi melalui tindakan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan secara berkala.

This study aims to analyze the vibration rate on critical equipment at PT Cement Gresik and identify the main cause of vibration occurrence. The vibration measurement method uses accelerometer and data analysis is carried out using special software. The results of the analysis show that the vibration that occurs is caused by a rotor imbalance, misalignment, and bearing damage. High vibrations can cause damage to equipment, increase treatment costs, and reduce productivity. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce the vibration level through corrective actions and maintenance periodically.
