Abstract

Industri migas adalah industri yang mempunyai peranan penting serta memiliki potensi yang baik untuk perekonomian Indonesia. PT XYZ sebagai perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang migas memiliki peran sebagai pelaksana pelayanan publik khususnya terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan migas nasional. Berdasarkan data dari US Energy Information Administration menunjukkan bahwa setiap tahun terjadi peningkatan konsumsi Bahan Bakar Minyak di Indonesia dimana jumlah konsumsi BBM di tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.585.000 barel per hari meningkat menjadi 1.600.000 barel per hari pada tahun 2023. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. XYZ harus memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Bahan Bakar Minyak masyarakat Indonesia. Maka tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menilai dampak dan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi reward, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dengan mengidentifikasi menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Dengan populasi penelitian adalah 450 Pegawai PT. XYZ yang merupakan pegawai tetap pada PT. XYZ. Pada penelitian ini, uji statistik yang akan digunakan untuk dapat mengukur pengaruh antar variabel adalah dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Compensation dan Work Environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance melalui Job Satisfaction. Namun reward tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance melalui Job Satisfaction. Reward, Compensation dan Work Environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Compensation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Namun Reward dan Work Environment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance.

The oil and gas industry is an industry that plays an important role and has good potential for the Indonesian economy. PT Based on data from the US Energy Information Administration, it shows that every year there is an increase in fuel oil consumption in Indonesia, where the amount of fuel consumption in 2022 will be 1,585,000 barrels per day, increasing to 1,600,000 barrels per day in 2023. This shows that PT . XYZ must have good performance in meeting the fuel needs of the Indonesian people. So the aim of this research is to assess the impact and provide an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence rewards, compensation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction by identifying using the SEM PLS method. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this research, primary data was collected through questionnaires. The research population is 450 PT employees. XYZ who is a permanent employee at PT. XYZ. In this research, the statistical test that will be used to measure the influence between variables is using SEM-PLS. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out, several conclusions were obtained in this research, namely: Compensation and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. However, rewards do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Reward, Compensation and Work Environment have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, Rewards and Work Environment do not have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
