Abstract

PT Kayaba Indonesia adalah sebuah perusahaan industri manufaktur yang memproduksi shock absorber, front fork, dan oil cushion unit untuk kendaraan bermotor. Untuk bersaing di era Industry 4.0 ini, PT Kayaba Indonesia telah melakukan berbagai upaya digitalisasi ke berbagai bisnis prosesnya melalui berbagai proyek-proyek. Proyek-proyek tersebut ditangani oleh Section Industry 4.0 Departemen Management Information System (MIS). Pada magang/kerja praktik ini, penulis diberikan kesempatan untuk mengerjakan beberapa proyek-proyek yang dimiliki oleh Section Industry 4.0 di Departemen MIS PT Kayaba Indonesia.Pada magang/kerja praktik ini, penulis diberikan sebanyak tiga proyek untuk dikerjakan. Proyek-proyek tersebut adalah Dashboard Automatic Plate Number Recognition, perbaikan Dashboard Damping Force, dan Dashboard PPC Planning Assy. Proyek-proyek tersebut merupakan sebuah aplikasi web serta dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa Python dan PHP. Aplikasi web tersebut nantinya dijalankan pada server perusahaan sehingga dapat digunakan oleh karyawan PT Kayaba Indonesia.

PT Kayaba Indonesia is an industrial manufacturing company that produces shock absorbers, front forks, and oil cushion units for motor vehicles. To compete in the Industry 4.0 era, PT Kayaba Indonesia has made various digitalization efforts to its various business processes through various projects. These projects are handled by the Industry 4.0 Section of the Management Information System (MIS) Department. In this internship/practical work, the author was given the opportunity to work on several projects owned by Section Industry 4.0 in the MIS Department of PT Kayaba Indonesia.In this internship/practical work, the author was given three projects to work on. These projects are the Automatic Plate Number Recognition Dashboard, Damping Force Dashboard improvement, and PPC Planning Assy Dashboard. These projects are web applications and are developed using the Python and PHP languages. The web application will be run on the company server so that it can be used by employees of PT Kayaba Indonesia.
