Abstract

Transportasi adalah elemen yang sangat krusial dalam rantai pasok, terutama dalam perdagangan internasional. Lebih dari 80% volume perdagangan barang antar negara diangkut melalui jalur laut. Peran transportasi maritim menekankan pentingnya pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam memilih mitra perusahaan pelayaran (shipping line) yang andal dan efisien. Pemilihan shipping line yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen, seperti yang terjadi di Perusahaan Tembakau (PT). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan kriteria dan prioritas pada proses pemilihan shipping line dengan melibatkan lima ahli internal yang menilai 4 perusahaan pelayaran berdasarkan 4 kriteria utama dan 12 subkriteria. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process digunakan untuk mengakomodasi subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan dan memberikan pendekatan yang jelas dan sistematis untuk memprioritaskan faktor-faktor tersebut. Multi-Objective Linear Programming digunakan untuk memberikan solusi optimal terhadap pemilihan shipping line dengan mempertimbangan beberapa tujuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, reliabilitas ketepatan waktu pengiriman, total waktu transit, dan ketersediaan ruang merupakan prioritas tertinggi dalam proses pemilihan shipping line, sedangkan biaya transportasi merupakan kriteria dengan bobot paling rendah. Shipping Line C merupakan vendor dengan ranking tertinggi diantara keempat shipping line dalam penelitian ini.

==================Transportation is a crucial element in the supply chain, especially in international trade. Over 80% of international trade goods by volume are transported by sea. The role of maritime transportation underscores the importance of strategic decision-making in selecting reliable and efficient shipping line. Incorrect selection of shipping lines can lead to delays in meeting consumer demand, as experienced by the Tobacco Company (PT). Therefore, this study aims to determine the criteria and priorities in the shipping line selection process by involving five internal experts who assessed four shipping companies based on four main criteria and twelve sub-criteria. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to accommodate subjectivity in decision-making and provide a clear and systematic approach to prioritizing these factors. Multi-Objective Linear Programming was employed to provide an optimal solution for shipping line selection, considering multiple objectives. Based on the analysis, reliability in on-time delivery, total transit time, and space availability are the highest priorities in the shipping line selection process, while transportation cost is the lowest weighted criterion. Shipping Line C emerged as the highest-ranked vendor among the four shipping lines in this study.
