Abstract
Puskesmas terapung adalah perpaduan konsep antara puskesmas dan perancangan kapal. Puskesmas terapung merupakan suatu sistem pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah pesisir pantai yang dapat bergerak atau berpindah-pindah dari satu pos pelayanan satu ke pos pelayanan lainnya melaui laut dengan fungsi utama menyediakan perangkat medis dan non medis, mengangkut petugas medis, menyediakan obat-obatan, dan melayani untuk menghasilkan air panas pada sistem sanitari atau sistem domestik, sebagai inovasi dalam menghasilkan air panas bisa menggunakan alat penukar kalor atau heat exchanger. Shell and tube heat exchanger merupakan heat exchanger yang terdiri dari sebuah shell silindris di bagian luar dan sejumlah tube di bagian dalam, di mana temperatur fluida di dalam tube berbeda dengan di luar tube (di dalam shell) sehingga terjadi perpindahan panas antara aliran fluida di dalam tube dan di luar tube. Pada penelitian ini digunakan kalkulasi secara manual dan software, kemudian dilakukan perbandingan. Hasil dari kalkulasi manual untuk kebutuhan kalor pada sistem domestik didapatkan sebesar 8,47 kW. Kemudian dari hasil perhitungan software didapatkan jumlah kalor yang dibutuhkan sebesar 8,53 kW. Penentuan banyaknya jumlah tube dengan kalkulasi manual didapatkan 126 tube, sedangkan dengan penggunaan software jumlah tube yang didapatkan sebanyak 151 tube. Nilai LMTD dengan menggunakan kalkulasi manual didapatkan sebesar 117,1 °F, sedangkan nilai LMTD dengan menggunakan software didapatkan sebesar 115,8 °F . Hasil kalkulasi manual nilai dari heat transfer area yang didapatkan sebesar 297 ft2 , sedangkan nilai dari heat ransfer area dengan menggunakan software didapatkan sebesar 340,96 ft2 .

Hospital ship is a combination of concepts between hospital and ship design. Hospital ship is a community health service system in coastal areas that can move or move from one service post to another through the sea with the main function of providing medical and non medical devices, transporting medical personnel, providing medicines, and serving to produce hot water in the sanitary system or domestic system, as an innovation in producing hot water can use heat exchangers or heat exchanger. Shell and tube heat exchanger is a heat exchanger consisting of a cylindrical shell on the outside and a number of tubes on the inside, where the temperature of the fluid inside the tube is different from outside the tube (inside the shell) so that heat transfer occurs between the fluid flow inside the tube and outside the tube. In this study, manual and software calculations were used, then a comparison was made. The result of manual calculations for calorific needs in domestic systems was obtained at 8,47 kW. Then from the results of software calculations, the amount of heat needed was obtained at 8,53 kW. The determination of the number of tubes with manual calculations was obtained by 126 tubes, while with the use of software the number of tubes obtained was 151 tubes. The LMTD value using manual calculations was obtained at 117,1 °F, while the LMTD value using software was obtained at 115,8 °F. The result of manual calculation of the value of the heat transfer area obtained was 297 ft2 , while the value of the heat ransfer area using software was obtained at 340,96 ft2 .
