Abstract
Bertambahnya jumlah kepadatan penduduk di kota Surabaya membuat pemerintah kota Surabaya melakukan pembangunan dan pemeliharaan di segala bidang. salah satunya pembangunan dan pemeliharaan jalan. Untuk itu diperlukannya sistem pencahayaan yang sesuai dengan standort yang telah ditetapkan yaitu standort CIE ( The International Commision On Illumination) agar memperoleh kualitas pencahayaan yang optimal. Dari data-data kuat pencahayaan yang diambil di jembatan MERR II-C di Surabaya didapat hasil Luminansi rata-rata, Keseragaman Luminansi, dan Silau. Dari data-data yang diambil didapat hasil analisa dan perhitungan dengan nilai LAv = 5,95 (cdlm2 ), ul = 0,54, Uo = 0, 70, dan G = 7,33 sesuai dengan standort yang ditetapakan oleh CIE

The increasing population density in the city of Surabaya has made the Surabaya city government carry out development and maintenance in all fields. one of which is road development and maintenance. For this reason, a lighting system is needed that is in accordance with the established standards, namely the CIE (The International Commission On Illumination) standards in order to obtain optimal lighting quality. From the lighting strength data taken on the MERR II-C bridge in Surabaya, the results of the Average Luminance, Luminance Uniformity, and Glare were obtained. From the data taken, the results of the analysis and calculation were obtained with a value of LAv = 5.95 (cdlm2), ul = 0.54, Uo = 0.70, and G = 7.33 in accordance with the standards set by the CIE
